This might be common knowledge to some, but i couldn't understand why despite being +13 cant even get a guaranteed 13i or lower.... Some hidden rule ivent heard about?

Also, what does the frame advantage between the brackets actually mean , like :

frame advantage 10{5}

I'm not an expert, but to all who have some knowledge about increasing profits and sales correct me if im wrong, as far as I know, giving the consumer a chance to try the product before buying it, increases that chance of them to buy that product, hence a lot of businesses offer free trials, trying out clothes and shoes in shops, free samples.etc..

So I don't get why they wouldn't let us use the new characters for free for a while, at least offline, in practice mode... like why these DLCs are locked offline too?

I'm pretty sure the majority of players don't consider spending money on the game, so seeing a character they might like but wouldn't but cuz they don't wanna risk it.

Trying out a character in practice mode would entice players to take that character online, and would go to buy that character.

Bottom line : free offline dlc could increase in sales .

I noticed when ita hot, the car doesnt start immediately, takes a couples of second, and it slows down mid driving, as if im not hitting the gas, and turns off, and i need to start it again, until it never turns on and this happens.

I start jumped it , and drove it home and it happened again, it wouldn't start.

A friend told me my problem is with gas pump.

So in ranked, I checked the reply, and for some reason ws3+4 on hit was 15f instead of 14f, so df2 was guaranteed.

I thought maybe cuz the opponent was crouching and tried to do it in practice but was only 14f, crouching +counter hit? Still didn't work..

Anybody reina expert here can tell me why this happened ?
