I tried to sign up online with Toob yesterday, however, the site could not find my existing provider to initiate the switch resulting in me having to sign up over the phone.

I had a referral link which I found within this sub reddit, however they insisted on having me provide them with the name along with one of the following details from the person referring (which obviously I didn't have)...

1. Email address

2. Phone number

3. First line of address

Is anyone able to provide me with their referral link along with any one of the above details in order for us both to receive a £25 gift card? Thank you in advance.

I signed my last contract two years ago, yet I'm now paying almost £8/month more than I was on signing due to annual RPI inflation increases.

Could anyone recommend a provider that can offer FIXED prices throughout the contractual term? I could almost believe that this is the way Sky UK operates as there appears to be no mention of annual increases looking at their terms and conditions, however, a nice lady from their overseas call centre appeared to suggest that they did infact increase due to RPI. Any help would be really appreciated.

The wireless charging slot appears to have stopped charging my phone. The NFC works as both the card and my phone are detected as 'keys', however no phone will wireless charge. I have tried a Pixel 9, Pixel 9a and a Galaxy S25 just to make sure that it isn't my phone that's the issue. I have also tried rebooting the screen as well as turning off the car within the settings. What else could I be missing, or is this a trip to the dealership for repair?SMER Ultra (MY26)(v1.8)
