I purchased an item off AliExpress and it shipped through UniUni, once it was set as delivered I never received anything.

Uniuni proof of delivery shows my house and the package itself but an unreadable label. There is also no proof of signature or name for delivery.

I disputed through PayPal but the first time was sided with the seller (they provided incorrect tracking information)

The second time I appealed it but within 24 hours PayPal still sided with the seller.

I called PayPal the second time to re-open the case and have their backend team look at it. The customer rep provided me with the correct tracking number which is where I checked Proof of delivery.

What can I do to ensure PayPal sides with me?

I'm curious what people consider realistic top speeds for a 5" 6S FPV build (custom or prebuilt) in real world conditions. I've seen claims ranging from 150kmh being difficult to reach, all the way to 250kmh+

What's actually achievable with a properly tuned setup under good conditions, and what would you consider typical vs extreme outliers?

I purchased an item online and the seller used an invalid tracking number. I ended up disputing the charge through PayPal but after a few days and the seller providing tracking information that doesn't even work.

On the reason for the case being closed it says:

"The case was closed as this transaction is ineligible for PayPal Purchase Protection."

I'm currently dealing with a dispute on unsent goods that a seller used a different tracking number for.

During the dispute process AliExpress gave the seller 3 days to provide proof however the seller never provided any so AliExpress gave the seller another 3 days again instead of providing an outcome.

I'm getting tired of AliExpress consistently helping sellers and almost always not being helpful to the customer or providing ample time or proof for issues.

I made two orders on AliExpress from different sellers, however midway through tracking the package tracking for both items changed to the same tracking number.

One item only cost $20 while the other cost over $300.

I ended up receiving the package but only the $20 item was in the package, on the label it shows 0.0kg.

AliExpress sided with the seller, I'm currently dealing with PayPal after they first sided with the seller but now I'm trying to appeal the case so an actual person can look at the tracking and proof.

I have heard of fake tracking but never this before, especially it being two separate stores that don't even sell the same stuff.

I live in Canada and I'm currently dealing with a seller that shipped me the wrong item. After multiple days of talking with no agreement being made I had eBay step in to help issue a return for the order.

The seller insisted on me cancelling the case so they can instead just refund me themself (with a picture showing they can't refund me because of the case).

A few days after that (I haven't messaged the seller since then) the seller provided me with a return label to their US location with a USPS label.

I cannot use a USPS label and drop it off unless I drive 10 hours into the US just to drop off the package... (Item is worth $600 USD)

I would like to know how I should go forward with this, going to contact eBay tomorrow and let them know of the issue so they can hopefully have the seller provide me a label that I can actually use.
