How to get the Victory quickest?

I want to get the Victory and I am currently on the black wind. Is it worth skipping any of the ships in the progression to save materials or not? Would it be quicker to get to the victory is I skipped any?

Is this a rare misprint?

I got this clone arf trooper and when comparing it to my other one it seems like the visor is printed different and I couldn’t find anything about it online. Is this a rare misprint or just a different variant from another set?
