Just tell me to return it..

I bought the Oh What Fun Nutcracker Kate Spade Novelty bag And I told myself that if my phone didn’t fit in it, I would return it. And of course it’s not even close, the interior of this bag is just so teeny tiny.

But hear me out… can I use it an oversized bag charm?! It’s so cute that I want to keep it so I’m trying to think of a practical (?) way to use it. I think it could work on my Bayswater Backpack, but it looks silly and feels unstable on my Amberley Satchel. Pictures of both for reference.

Idk, what do you think? Should I return it because it’s cute but wildly impractical because it can’t even fit my phone? OR can I make it work as a comically large bag charm?

ETA- UPDATE: I returned it, BUT I’m keeping the whimsy! I was able to find a seller with both the boy and girl Kate Spade Nutcracker Bag Charms and was able to bundle them for the same amount that I’ll get refunded for the bag.

Thank you for all your input, truly appreciate it! ❤️❤️

The ultimate decision factor was that if I used the bag as a bag charm I would like damage the nutcracker bag and the bag I had it on.

Buying the charms on Vinted is a new adventure, really hoping it works out 🤞🤞🤞

Double Mulberry

I usually carry two bags to work, one large bag for my laptop and files, the other a small bag for my wallet, keys, etc. I try to swap them out a few times a week based on mood/outfit/function. Today both bags just happened to be Mulberry.

Timeline: Work bag edition

I recently pulled out my first work bag, and thought it would be fun to try to layout my biggest work horses from over the last 20ish years. There were definitely some backpack years, but when I’ve had the energy for it, this my corporate work bag evolution.

I seem to always revisit the Le Pliage bags, especially on rainy days. They are super special to me because I collected them in a time in my life when I was able to travel a lot more.

Recently I’ve been eyeing pre loved classic Bayswater bags. Obviously there’s been a strong trend forming over the last couple of years.

Holding onto bags seems to be a thing for me, but eventually I’m going to run out of room. How do you decide when it’s time to let a bag go?

Conditioner on fabric, help please

Hi, hoping to have advice for how to get the Leather Honey conditioner out of fabric? My three year old wanted to help me, and (admittedly a bad idea) I let her hold the bottle of conditioner and put drops of it on the microfiber towel. A drop of conditioner landed on the fabric section of the handbag. Any tips for getting the conditioner out of the fabric?

(Another) Radley London sale post 🤭

Thanks to the people of this sub who recommended the Radley London sale! I’ve really been wanting a mini Mulberry Bayswater, but this Chancery small flapover has scratched that itch at least for now. For what I paid ($83 USD), the quality seems amazing.

Prada Nylon Messenger Bag real?

The Prada emblem on the inside looks right, but the one on the outside seems like it’s missing the signature notch? Do you think this authentic?

Received this as a hand me down 10+ years ago, never questioned if it was real. Recently received a not authentic hand me down and now I’m questioning is this bag is authentic.

Inherited a beautiful hutch, how do I learn about it?

Hi! We recently inherited this beautiful hutch. I can’t find any markings inside or out. Does anyone recognize this or know how I can research it? Didn’t have any luck with an image search on Google.

Authentication help?

Received this as a hand me down, it’s probably fake right? I can’t find a similar style online and there is no tag inside.
