Anyone else not intuitively able to clean or organize?

I was diagnosed recently, I also have ADHD. I thought my struggles with being tidy were just executive dysfunction, but I had always said to people I feel like I innately lack the ability to organize objects. It doesn't come naturally at all. Obviously, I know simple things like food goes in the fridge or clothes should be in the closet, but beyond that I can't logically organize shelves or drawers or anything. If I try, it takes great effort and usually doesn't visually look very nice or make much sense.

All of my desks, tables, and shelves are cluttered with random stuff because assigning them any kind of organizational structure literally feels impossible. It's like I know how it looks now isn't right, but when I try to think of how it should be arranged instead, my mind completely blanks. I realized this is probably not just EF, but an issue with visual spatial info. Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips?

What is the purpose of a neuropsychological evaluation?

I was recently referred to a neuropsych after I explained to my pcp that I think I may have a learning disability. They conducted a brief (like 30-40 mins?) online interview that they explained would be used to gauge insurance approval.

I guess my insurance approved and they've decided to move forward with testing, but I'm very confused about the consent form. Under "types of evaluations" it lists off a number of unchecked conditions that seem specific to me, but the only one marked is "neuropsychological evaluation." However, I specifically asked to be screened for a learning disability, which isn't marked. They've also included a few things I did not ask to be screened for, but they aren't checked. I thought at first that this was just a template, but that doesn't make sense because I highly doubt this place only specializes in those four conditions, especially considering that the intake process seemed to strongly suggest they work with a variety of conditions not on the list, such as dementia.

Anyway, below that it says "types of measures," and they're all checked off aside from two. One of the two is "achievement testing," which I'd imagine I'd need to be screened for a learning disability?

So what is this neuropsych evaluation? Is it like a preliminary thing before they can proceed with other evaluations, like the ones underneath that haven't been checked off but are listed for some reason? I'm so confused lol. Yes I will contact them about it, but I'm impatient so I'm on reddit

What's going on with the Garden Grove chemical tank?

context: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTBNvQS3x/

I'm so confused lol. why was it there next to so many residentials in the first place? why can't they stop the leak? why is it even leaking?? what exactly even happens once it "fails?" how dangerous is it?

I just keep seeing people say that they don't know the long-term health effects, but that it's flammable and an irritant. also, they keep having to send people in to check the temp, at great personal risk..all they had to monitor this stuff was an analog thermometer? what?

What could a dream of receiving a deity's head mean?

Hello!! I'm completely new to all of this lol. I like learning about religions in general, and lately have been learning about Lukumi because I find it very interesting. But I'm still very new to it all and def wouldn't claim to be an expert or anything of the sort.

Well somewhat recently, I dreamt that a deity (from another tradition) that I work with gave me her head as a gift. One of the eyes was closed, and the other was a button, like from Coraline. Because I had been studying Lukumi for fun around this time, I assume the dream is meant to reference the Alagbatori? but I have no idea why I would be receiving the head of a deity, and not the other way around. And I'm not familiar enough with Lukumi to know if this could mean something else or have some other implication, I just have the vague sense that the dream symbol has something to do with my recent interest in the religion lol.

I hope this makes sense? I suspect the reason I was given the dream around this time is because there's something I'm supposed to learn conceptually from Lukumi practitioners, but Idk what. I hope this makes sense!! Also, no disrespect, I hope I don't come across as tourist-y, I just genuinely feel as though I received that dream because she wants me to learn some concept relating to this religion. The goddess I dreamt about is very fierce and rarely approached for worship, although I have worshipped her for many years at this point, and she actually appeared in my dreams to me before I ever reached out to her, if that matters. Any advice appreciated!!

my blood test results came back mostly normal aside from high cholesterol. well what the hell am I supposed to do about that, lmao?? I'm positive I do eat a lot of foods high in trans fats, and that's cos that's all I can and will eat. I just have no fucking appetite dude. as long as I hit my BMR, I really don't fucking care what I'm putting into my body, and i just supplement whatever seems vital. but what am I supposed to do about this?

I do have a family history of high cholesterol, my grandpa had like (not exaggerating) 7 or more heart attacks throughout his life and ultimately died during a coronary stent procedure. so I think it may simply be genetic for me, but my doctor didn't even bring up the possibility of high cholesterol meds and just told me to change my diet. yeah, to what exactly lmao?? I eat lots of fatty foods, cheese, red meat, etc. cos I need way less of it to help me meet my daily caloric needs, that way I can just stop worrying about food for the day. I'm underweight as is, my bmi is like a 16. this is so miserable.

I do vape, and I know being active plays a role as well, but being active would mean I'd also have to consume far more calories which just isn't realistic for me. I hate feeling excessively full, I hate forcing myself to eat things I hate or don't want, and most of the time, eating is just a massive aggravating chore that I dread. yesterday, I got by off of eating one meal (rice, chicken, and cheese) and then drinking four protein shakes lmao. even then, I barely hit BMR. I've also asked my doc about appetite increasing meds in the past, but she was against that, so I'm sure she'll be against cholesterol meds too.

based on my family history, it really does seem like I'm staring down an early death. my grandpa barely made it into his 60s. but I already feel like I'm doing the best I can just to stay above water with the way that I eat currently
