Talked to attorney about chapter 7 said i might be able to file for a 7 if not we can change to a 13. Does anyone know if ill have to pay more money if he says with my extra money or whatever I won't be able to do a 7 ill have to change to a 13 will i have to pay more to change it?

Income is probably changing from 120k to 100k in florida family of 3 like 80k in debt I got some personal loans about 5months ago never had a chance to make a payment on it as lower income but used it to pay off other loans to lower payment. Are we able to go from a 13 to a 7 with this income or will a trustee even let us since we never made a payment on 1 of the loans? Also have a mortgage and car payment we want to keep and current on. We have not filed or anything only a consultation.

I haven't made payments in 3 months, in 2 weeks im making my first payment to sign paperwork and say hes my lawyer, after that is done can creditors sue me until I completely file bankruptcy chapter 13? How does this work? I just got a personal hand delivered piece of mail from a creditor which im assuming next will be getting sued.

Im current on both but will i have to put these into my chapter 13? How does it work will the interest get lowered since it's in chapter 13 now?

Does this ever happen, let's say you make 20k over the median for chapter 7, but only have let's say 300$ left over every month is it possible they just tell you to do a 7?

5.9 245lbs, I work in a shop all day wrenching in 100degree weather, I work 60hours a week i dont have much time to workout besides work, so im looking for a way to cut weight by dieting, what is good way to cut weight with breakfast and lunch? I use hellofresh for dinner so I can kind of track calories with that.

WOT heard a noise and bogged down and had slow response finally pulled over and saw bunch of fuel leaking from passanger side fuel rail from fuel lines to injectors. What would cause the lines leaking where it meets the rail? Its coming from the fittings. They're all tight, could this be from a boost leak, causing the fuel to over pressure? Or cracked lines? I pulled one and it looked fine...
