Pomegranate Messaging/Email

As of next month I will have been with Pomegranate Health for one full year. I have always had positive experiences. Josef used to be my contact person and he was always very helpful. Every few months, I request medication for nausea and he is so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, on the new portal Josef is not listed as a member of my care team. Is it possible to have him back on my team? In addition, three days ago I requested a refill on my nausea medication and have not received a response. I had planned on staying with Pom despite all the negative comments but there is so much competition out there that I am reconsidering. They announced these new providers today and new pricing and I am sure it will receive a positive response but what about your loyal customers do you not want to keep our repeat business?

Hunger Returns on Hallandale

For background, I have been on compounded for 13 months. For the majority of that time it has been BPI. I switched to Hallandale 2 months ago because thought I needed to choose a new pharmacy. On month one of the two, I was on 12.5 as I had been for quite some time. My hunger became intense by last week of the month. I decided to up my dose going into week 5 to the maximum 15 level. I was expecting my hunger levels to go down. For the first time in the 13 months on this medication, I have uncontrolled hunger. I am now into week 2 of the 15 dose and hunger has not been curbed. I have gained about 7 pounds in the past 2 weeks. I am in panic mode as I have made so much progress on this medication. I welcome all suggestions. Please be kind.

FSA/HSA

Do you plan at any point in the future to change card processing companies so you can start accepting FSA and HSA cards? Having to go through all the process to get the LMN and apply for reimbursement is a hassle.

Pomegranate Website

I like Pomegranate Health. I have been with them since September and plan to stick with them. However, I just want to vent for a few minutes. Based on the comments I have read online, the general consensus is that Pomegranate did not handle the whole BPI thing very well. That being said, I think they should have waited a little while before rolling out a new website. Especially when it appears they rolled it out without working out all the bugs first. Just my opinion- one would think they would do everything possible to have a smooth rollout . It seems things were not well planned. I feel sorry for the employees.
