Recently bought a Pearl Roadhsow with stock cymbals that don't sound too well(Sabian Solars). Now looking for good replacements. Read that used is best but which Brands/Models should i be looking for specifically.

Now this may sound stupid... But i'm genuinly wondering what the point would be of buying an $1500+ kit if i can get the same sound quality from an $500 kit with new heads and cymbals.
I know that that pricier kits use different materials such as wood to increase sound quality and durability but is it truly worth the price?
This thought came across my mind and wanted to get some answers.

I'm planning on getting my first kit soon, but I'm a bit worried about noise complaints since I live in a row house. I'm in the EU and found some secondhand Remo Silentstroke mesh heads for €60. On the other hand, someone is selling a set of three Evans dB One heads (10", 12", 14") for €80.
My biggest concerns are noise and the overall sound quality of the drums. If anyone has experience with either of these, I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts!

I'm thinking about buying 2-ply mesh heads from drum-tec (Design series) and building a tennis ball drum riser to help dampen the sound and vibration.
Any recommendations on mesh heads, the riser build, or sound reduction would be appreciated.

I’ve been thinking about getting new insoles because I sometimes experience arch pain after long basketball sessions. I’ve also heard that a lot of basketball players use custom insoles to improve performance.
I’ve browsed this sub for recommendations, and the ones that seem to come up most often are the Move insoles. Unfortunately, they’re pretty hard to get here in Europe. I’ve checked sites like Taobao and AliExpress, but I haven’t been able to find any good ones here in the EU.
For reference, I usually play in Kai 2s and wear Book 1s casually. Any recommendations would be appreciated!
