Project Threshold - A Filipino Horror Game | STEAM RELEASE

I wanted to share our game, Project Threshold, which recently blew up after its release!

Project Threshold is a psychological memory horror walking simulator built around a simple but stressful choice: two doors, one blue and one red. Behind each door is a different fear or phobia, and you’ll have to decide which one to enter.

Some doors are safe, some are semi-safe, and others are pure danger. Choose incorrectly, and you’ll be sent back to the beginning.

The game is set in the Philippines and is connected to a larger universe and lore that I’ve been building across my other games. It’s a game about fear, memory, and making the right choice when you have no idea what’s waiting on the other side.

PROJECT THRESHOLD is now available on STEAM!

Project Threshold | STEAM Release

Just wanted to share a small milestone.

A week ago, we released Project Threshold, a short psychological horror game we made. Since then, I've seen people play it, get confused by it, get frustrated by it, enjoy it, criticize it, and discuss it. Honestly, seeing all those different reactions has been one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to play, watch, stream, review, or even criticize the game. Every bit of it helped.

Honestly, seeing all those different reactions has been one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.

The feedback, both positive and negative, helped us identify what worked, what didn't, and what we can improve moving forward.

Because of all that support and feedback, we were able to take the next step and prepare a Steam page for the game.

This is something we're genuinely grateful for. Thanks to everyone who took the time to play, watch, stream, review, or even criticize the game. Every bit of it helped.

PROJECT THRESHOLD is now available to WISHLIST ON STEAM! 🎉

CaseOh played our game Project Threshold

This is such an incredible milestone for us. Seeing Case play one of our games is always exciting, and the fact that he has now played five of them is something I never expected when I first started making games.

I'm genuinely grateful for his support and for the time he takes to check out indie horror games. Content creators like him help so many small developers reach new players and improve their craft overtime, and I really appreciate it. ❤️

Project Threshold - A Filipino Horror Game

I recently released a short horror game called Project Threshold and wanted to share it here for feedback.

The game is inspired by the viral "Pick a Door" format, psychological horror, and memory-based gameplay. Players progress through a series of blue and red doors, each leading to different scenarios, challenges, and fears that must be overcome to continue.

Project Threshold is a psychological horror walking simulator with an estimated playtime of 30–60 minutes, depending on the player.

Project Threshold - A Filipino Horror Game

You are a participant in Project Threshold, an experiment designed to force people to confront their deepest fears. Pass through sets of blue and red doors, survive what waits beyond them, and reach the end, if escape is even possible.

Project Threshold is a psychological horror and memory-based walking simulator where players must confront the fears and horrors waiting beyond each threshold.

Estimated Playtime: 30 to 60 minutes (Depending on the player)

  • Choose between two doors and face unknown fears
  • Psychological horror elements
  • Memory Game
  • Immersive Storytelling
  • Eerie atmosphere
  • Terrifying Jumpscares
  • Realistic Visuals
  • Atmospheric Sounds
  • English Voice Overs

Project Threshold is inspired by the "Pick a Door" trend, the game Obey The Voice, and various real-world phobias. Our goal was to take these ideas and build something unique around them, creating a psychological horror experience centered on choice, fear, and uncertainty.

Project Threshold stands on its own as an original experience and features our most realistic visuals to date, showcasing a new visual direction while maintaining the horror-focused identity of our previous games.

The Truth About The Darkness - A Horror Game

In this game, you play as Ethan, a young man, who goes through a normal day of work and family obligations, but as the hours pass, small, unexplainable changes begin to creep in, and a quiet darkness begins to settle over everything he knows.

This game was developed by Murushii Studios (Taguan), koniipinka (ISO/2004) and Blu Wraith (Apartment 22).

Estimated Playtime: 20 to 25 minutes

  • Psychological Horror Atmosphere
  • Immersive Storytelling
  • Walking Simulator-Style Gameplay
  • VHS Style Aesthetic
  • Low-Poly, Semi-Realistic Visuals
  • Atmospheric environment
  • English Voiceovers

The Truth About The Darkness is a very unique game. If you've played one of my previous games, Don't Sleep (Huwag Matulog), this game shares a similar style, but improves on it in many ways.

This game is both a love letter to indie horror games and a satire of the usual clichés and tropes often seen in the genre, while still being relatable to both players and developers.
