These arrived at the farm for me to sell at farmers markets. The lobsters really smell like lobsters. I’m adding some to my chicken soup cuz I’m sick. 🤧
We call this big guys elephant ears on our farm. This is a fully mature oysters. We don’t typically let them grow this large, for commercial purposes. We grown about 700lbs of blue oysters every week.
