Insomniac Spider-Man doesn’t surprise me when he agrees with Miguel

I love him too and I see a lot of people surprised he agreed with Miguel but there are two main instances which makes me think he would agree with Miguel on the whole canon thing.

1:In the first game he has the chance to cure Aunt May with the Devils breath anti-serum but chooses not to so he can save everyone else

2:In the second game, when he is at Coney Island, the rollercoaster is about to collapse and could kill a lot of people but he is also holding up a cart with one woman to it and he apologises to her because he thinks he won’t be able to save her until Harry swoops in and holds up the rollercoaster so Peter can save the woman in the cart.

Moments of beauty and the series finale

I don’t know if this was obvious to everyone else but the same music that plays when Amy and Jonah get back together is the same music at the start of the show when Jonah puts the stars on the wall to show Amy moments of beauty. I don’t know it was obvious but it’s cute because it’s like their final moment of beauty in the show

Halloween episode?

I’d love to see a Halloween episode in the future and I was curious on what you guys thought each member of the group would dress up as. I also like the head canon that they would try to do a group costume but would not coordinate properly. I also like the thought of Issa dressing up as a horror movie character and scaring her dance school students. Paul Baker would be a cool Spider-Man. What do you guys think the rest would dress up as?

Underrated character

I was wondering who the fellow members of the fandom believe is an underrated character in the main cast. I think it’s pretty clear Anton and Paul Baker are the fan favourites so I was wondering who you guys think is underrated

Edit: Bro Paul Baker is not underrated which two people voted for him 😭

Edit 2: Guys, this is a who is the most underrated not your favourite character Paul Baker is NOT underrated

Double spacing?

I am trying to write a book and I came across this thing about using double spacing when typing. Do you literally have to type the space button twice after typing a word? Is there an easier way to do it? I am just so confused because it feels so time wasting to do.

Edit: Thank you to those who actually replied helpfully this was not a troll post

In honour of season 2 coming out this month, what has been your favourite bit so far

Mine has to be Anton in the marathon and he dances with that poster of his face. Or it has to be when Anton Billie and Issa are in the car and they think Anton killed the bayside stabber

My thoughts on the movie

I’ll start with my favourite parts

I actually really like Joe as Charlie and enjoyed his portrayal

Elle asking Charlie to come to pride due to the current political climate and how it affects trans people.

The flow of the shots. Seeing the other characters pass through and say things that may worry both Charlie and Nick more due to the state of the relationship

Charlie’s confidence. Standing up for Alfie and starting a queer club at the school plus his head boy speech.

I thought the things meant to be funny landed well

Tao and Elle in the epilogue was a nice wrap up.

David actually having a slight redemption arc.

The reason Nick was afraid of people leaving because of his father.

Here are my more negative

I understand stand that it is the Nick and Charlie story but the lack of screen time the other characters got was disappointing. They were just plot devices to keep Nick and Charlie’s story flowing and it was disheartening.

I think I would’ve also if given the choice between a potential Solitaire movie and Heartstopper forever I would choose the potential Solitaire movie. It would have had a nicer blend of romance and interesting plot points.

I think another season would’ve worked better to see things be fleshed out and see the other characters. But I also understand I think it is based mostly off the Nick and Charlie so a movie makes sense in that context but still.

Overall still a good film but could improve in some aspects like giving the other characters more screen time and also a thing I liked about heartstopper was even in sad moments it could be wholesome but it just felt depressing as a whole with this movie.
