So never had a vehicle with a diff lock. Recently bought a new 4wd that has a rear diff lock built in. I get driving around on hard sand is probably gonna add some level of extra strain with the diff lock on. But really how much extra strain?

A vehicle that drives on the beach 2 maybe 3 months of the year, if it’s there why not use it? Like have it before I get stuck not try and dig myself out after I’m stuck. Im not actually planning of having it on for driving on hard sand, but if I’m gonna be doing runs at high tide surely there’s no reason not to have it engaged from the get go right?? What do you guys do?

It’s my partners 40th soon and I have quite an expensive week planned for it. So I’m stuck on a present from our daughter.

Completely stuck all ideas welcome something say $50 tops.

Bone stock 4wd 18 inch rim, not looking to downsize rim and not looking to lift. These two options are about the max I can go legally and not scrub are the same height, same side wall size. Only difference is width, for a vehicle which drives on the good roads 80% of the time and spends 20% of the time on the beach.

Which would you choose and why?

I am a hairy man. I have stayed a hairy man most of my life. A while back as a funny thing I did a full manscaping. The Mrs really enjoyed the equipment being hairless. But also likes the rest of me being hairy. I also do not want to have to mans cape my whole body regularly, that’s gonna be a full time job.

Problem is since that I’ve tried just doing the fun zone but it just looks weird with this random circle/patch hairless and then monkey man straight away. For reference when I had hair on my head the barber would make the joke my head hair would join my neck hair and join my back hair. This level of hairy.

So guys who manscape but don’t removal all body hair how to make the fun zone not look completely weird in the middle of a jungle?

Have an opportunity to grab a dealer used MY25 for $52k 47km on the clock, giving full warranty.

I was looking at an Mux x terrain, but the price difference is making this a real hard decision.

- We have the family sharing thing

- IPad is set up to age restriction (under 10)

- multiple contacts in iPad

Have looked at time things etc but want her to still be able to contact us if need be. Basically don’t want her being able to message friends and cousins etc outside of specific hours.

Have read maybe setting focus and then allowing specific contacts is easier, but can’t seem to find an easy way to do exactly what I want to do.
