I want to let my fellow Christian siblings of disability have a voice this Disability Pride Month.

Being disabled puts a lot of strain on every aspect of our lives, including matters of the faith. What have been your experiences with the intersection of your faith and your disability? How has one affected the other, positively and negatively? What do you wish was different? What have been your experiences with abled Christians, and what do you wish they would know?

Being any Christian minority is not easy, but the physical minorityship adds a particular layer of difficulty that rarely gets consideration.

Oh, and three sims got abducted today. I downloaded the Aliens Reloaded mod and now it's like nonstop abductions.

Every time I want to send someone offscreen on a date, their cousins (or in this case, parent's cousins) populate the option menu.

I think the Crabtrees might have gotten too big. *sweats*

Only thing missing is that most don't have their trait profile attached. I'll add that in later. I thought it'd be more complicated to create than it was, and even getting images to attach wasn't as daunting as it seemed.

1. Found it funny that my twins were talking and discovered a shared skill.

2. Someone was in the way of one of my selfie angles .

3. Persephone somehow got herself stuck between a table and a planter. Some Genius she is.

4. The Sakura Festival glitched. The love fortuneteller [?] NPC never showed up and the merch stalls never opened. Bummer.

5. I usually like when life events change my sims' traits, but gaining Evil was a no-go.

6. Meet Ceres Freemage! She aged up to Teen days ago and I've worked and reworked on her three times trying to find a style that suited her, and finally landed on one today.

7. Her older sister, Ceridwen. I really like her but cannot bear the thought of playing someone with an Evil trait. What do you think should replace it?

I have Lumpinou Relationships & Pregnancy Overhaul installed, which, among many other things, rolls whether sims want kids, don't want kids, or are neutral, and it includes a whole moodlet suite and everything. Kirsten didn't want kids and her boyfriend got her pregnant. The pregnancy wasn't fun and neither was the bonus twin. I couldn't get her to accept her babies, and she clearly still struggles. I struggle, too LOL as a family style player and since I had visions of Kirsten being a domestic character when she's become anything but. I feel like there might be a story/challenge somewhere. And she's one of my fave gen 3 Crabtrees.

I kept trying to get her to bond with her babies when taking care of them, and the best that happened was her "unwanted child" sentiment on one disappeared. Kirsten didn't even want to sleep in the same room as them! She left the bedroom and the nice big bed to sleep in a crappy basement single. I think her cousins are closer to the babies than she is.

The Crabtrees are now four generations strong! Granddaughter Kirsten just had twins Jasmine and Ivy with boyfriend Roman. I turned on cas.fulleditmode and wanted to take a look at how the twins would likely look as young adults, and...did anyone else's genes even try??? Four generations down and the redhead gene is still strong. (Kirsten has two siblings, one red, one brunette)

Henry and Leon had eleven children--one adopted, and the rest birthed. Of the ten biological children, 7 had red hair. There are thirtysomething grandchildren, about half of whom are redheads (most of the ones who don't had been adopted). The fourth generation has six kids, four of whom are biological...four of whom are redheads.

This is crazy. That one freckled redhead gene is crazy.

I think I need to follow up with a map of all the redheaded-freckled offspring.

I love them accidentally inverting terminology and thinking they know what they're talking about. The post said "trans men" when the idiot meant transgender women, and of course they're up in arms about it.

And worse, no one could move it. I had to shift-delete it.

I guess this was my sign to make room and add another side to the stairs.

I have the Lumpinou LGBTQIA mod (love it, 500% recommend it) and have bigotry enabled. One of my Crabtree gen 2s grew up with the Phobic trait. I also have ADeepIndigo's Neurodivergence mod, which gave Donovan Body Dysmorphia. I semi-joked that maybe that means he's a closeted trans girl.

I was right.

I had her "ponder gender identity" and she landed on transgender woman. I kind of wish there was a little internal conflict in this with that Phobic trait, but maybe that'll be in a future version. Anyway, she hasn't made any decisions yet. She's still a little apprehensive...for a day or two LOL I don't know what her new name or style will be. We shall see. I'll finally have fun playing...Donna? Vanna? Rachel? LOL I wish pondering new names could be a part of the mod.
