Need Feedback on Custom Chapter
So I like to collect and build Horus Heresy and have a surplus of Sons of Horus eyes. This was my attempt of creating a loyalist chapter while keeping their motifs. Here's their lore reason for existing.

The Emperor's Sight is a 21st cursed founding chapter, headquartered on a moon near a Hive World Subterran Prime. While originally classified as a Ultramarine successor chapter, when they received their Primaris reinforcements they are now classes unknown.
They recruit mostly from the Hive World. Most aspirants are from the major gangs on Subterran Prime. These aspirants keep large portions of their past memory as they already learn basic fighting tactics, increase aggression, and loyalty to their specific gang. The chapter just increases each area and redirects loyalties.
The Emperor's Sight employ fast aggressive tactics. Using shock troops, infantry, to class and tear down the enemy at their strongest point. Due to these tactics, they have a high attrition rate and are known to still employ older marks of power armor. While their is some discomfort, due to the chapter allowing some personalization to their armor, it allows Space Marines to have attachment to their equipment. No matter how outdated it may be.

What do y'all think? So far I think I made something interesting, but if I made a Mary Sue or something generic please let me know.
If it is horrible, what would be a way for me to use the Sons of Horus eye, or at least keep a similar color scheme because I love their green! Thank you once again and have a good day!
