Help with IP Ban

Hello, I was using Cults3d on my computer when it suddenly banned my IP address. I used it before with no issue, and while I was look for some mini stl's it banned me out of nowhere. It stated " This usually happens when traffic from your network shows patterns associated with automated abuse, scraping, or a shared IP address that was previously involved in malicious activity — not necessarily anything you did yourself. "
But then I checked my IP reputation and I was fine? I submitted a appeal but would like to know if their is some form of customer support or email I can send? I tried going to their contact info but since I can't access the website so what do I do?

Picking an Icon

Hello! I am the guy who made the Emperor's Sight custom chapter. Firstly thank you for all the responses and critiques. I have adjusted my lore, and I am very happy with my creation. It seems my major problem was with the icon, as it's just the Sons of Horus' eye. Which is an issue since I am planning on buying some STL's with the eye. However, while I still plan to keep that eye, I can change the transfers! Well, more likely edit them.
I have come up with two designs; I would like to know which people prefer. I might incorporate both, but if one is hated, I'll skip that one. Thank you and I hope to post some actual minis soon!

Need Feedback on Custom Chapter

So I like to collect and build Horus Heresy and have a surplus of Sons of Horus eyes. This was my attempt of creating a loyalist chapter while keeping their motifs. Here's their lore reason for existing.

The Emperor's Sight is a 21st cursed founding chapter, headquartered on a moon near a Hive World Subterran Prime. While originally classified as a Ultramarine successor chapter, when they received their Primaris reinforcements they are now classes unknown.

They recruit mostly from the Hive World. Most aspirants are from the major gangs on Subterran Prime. These aspirants keep large portions of their past memory as they already learn basic fighting tactics, increase aggression, and loyalty to their specific gang. The chapter just increases each area and redirects loyalties.

The Emperor's Sight employ fast aggressive tactics. Using shock troops, infantry, to class and tear down the enemy at their strongest point. Due to these tactics, they have a high attrition rate and are known to still employ older marks of power armor. While their is some discomfort, due to the chapter allowing some personalization to their armor, it allows Space Marines to have attachment to their equipment. No matter how outdated it may be.

What do y'all think? So far I think I made something interesting, but if I made a Mary Sue or something generic please let me know.

If it is horrible, what would be a way for me to use the Sons of Horus eye, or at least keep a similar color scheme because I love their green! Thank you once again and have a good day!

Which Mini's to Get?

Hello, Marines Malevolent are one of my favorite chapters, and I want to know something before I get any minis and start painting.

I wanted to know which kit I should get for a tactical squad? I was thinking of getting some Mark 6 Horus Heresy models. Or is the 40K Space Marine Tactical Squad better? But if there is a better kit, please let me know. Thank you!
