My husband and I welcomed our first/only IVF baby last June and we have 2 embryos left. We are preparing to transfer this summer and I went to get the fertility blood work panel again-the lovely 10 or so tubes of blood!

My blood type is AB- and my husband and daughter have positive blood. While pregnant/post pregnancy, I got 3 shots of rhogam. I was spotting around 3/4 months so my Ob office gave me 1 and then again I think between like 30-36 weeks and then after birth when they knew she had positive blood. So it has almost been 11 months since my last shot.

My latest lab results show I have antibodies that previously were not there. My RE mentioned either my body might not be able to carry again/my body might attack future embryos or everything will be okay. I’ve been researching as much as I can as I am waiting for more blood work to come back (she ordered more specific antibody tests).

Just looking to see if anyone has experience with my situation? I know negative blood is more rare in general but I keep seeing new studies come out that can monitor the pregnancy to prevent attacking of the embryo/baby.

I’ve been injecting on Thursdays for a few months now and I’m now on 11mg weekly (weird dose, I know, but I’m convinced the pharmacy I use, Brello, makes the most confusing prescription instructions to make people less likely to adjust/create their own doses).

I really need coverage with appetite suppression Saturday-Tuesday. I work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday but am home with my baby the rest of the week and I get into snacking/boredom eating. I have 2 more weeks on this 11mg dose until I increase to 13.2mg as my next dose. Has anyone had good luck injecting 2 times a week with 2 lower doses? Or any recommendations like maybe moving my injection day to Fridays? I really would love to take it Friday night but the b12 makes me wired and I don’t think I would be able to sleep!
