If I Play Rocky does end being a hit with audiences, does it close that pathway for any chance for Michael to get a Best Pic or Best Actor nomination?

Both being billed as crowd pleasing biopics about American icons. Both pretty repellent to the Letterboxd & film twitter world but will resonate with older people.

I Play Rocky is based on the making of Rocky (which won Oscars itself) and is made by the director of Green Book which won Best Picture.

Michael is a billion dollar hit that pleased audiences. Despite mixed critical reactions I could see it sneaking through the same way Bohemian Rhapsody did.

Your local cinema is replaying all these crime classics, which two would you go see as a double billing?

Michael B Jordan will star in the new Thomas Crown Affair. He plays a black billionaire who steals colonial items from Europe and returns them to their original lands.

Loved Sinners so I’m very much looking forward to this!

Obsession could now reach $390-$420 Million dollars, that would make it the highest grossing live-action original film of the 2020s.

Actually crazy to see an original film like Obsession might reach $280-330 million dollars by the end of its run this summer.

Obsession earned over $8M this Friday, making more than 30% from last Friday. This is the biggest third-Friday increase for a non-Christmas wide release since Jaws in 1975.

It absolutely insane how Obsession has caught fire like this. Incredible film.

I paid a findom on X for a custom video and she is ignoring me. Has anyone else dealt with this before or have some advice?

I paid a Findom $100 on X a week ago for a 5 minute custom video. She said she would send it the next day. The next day passed and I didn’t receive the video. I have politely been asking for when I could receive the video and she has been reading my messages and ignoring me.

I feel like there is nothing I can do and I feel really depressed now.

Your local IMAX is showing all six of these films but you can only see one of them for free. Which one would you pick?

For me it would be Blade Runner 2049. Incredible film.
