Looking for PC speaker recommendations around £200 budget

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade the speakers I use with my PC, but I honestly don't know much about audio or what makes one speaker better than another.

At the moment, I'm using a pair of Logitech Z200 (S-00135). I mainly use my speakers for listening to music (artists such as Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar), gaming, and watching YouTube.

While researching, I came across the Logitech Z407, and at first I thought I'd found what I wanted. They have good reviews on Amazon and seemed like a decent upgrade from what I currently have. However, after looking them up on Reddit, I found quite a few people who weren't happy with them, particularly regarding the sound quality. That has made me a bit hesitant to buy them.

My budget is around £200, although I don't necessarily need to spend the entire amount if there's a better value option.

I'm not an audiophile, so I'm mainly looking for something that will be a noticeable upgrade from my Z200s and will sound good mainly for music but also gaming, and YouTube.

I'm open to either 2.0 or 2.1 speakers and don't really know whether I should prioritise a subwoofer or better quality stereo speakers.

What would you guys recommend?

Thanks!

Is this a good build?

I am from the UK and have recently asked someone to build out a PC for me. I have a budget of £2,000 that I really don't want to go over; this includes a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

I plan to use this PC to play a large variety of games. My main game is Overwatch, but I'll also be playing AAA titles like Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA, and Elden Ring. I'd also be modding games like Minecraft and playing different indie games that are popular that month, such as PEAK, Schedule 1, and R.E.P.O.

Currently, this build costs £1,789:

Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 7 7700 Eight Core CPU (3.8GHz–5.3GHz/40MB CACHE/AM5)

Motherboard
ASUS® PRIME B850-PLUS WIFI (AM5, DDR5, M.2 PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 6E)

Memory (RAM)
16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 5200MHz CL40 (2 x 8GB)

Graphics Card
16GB ASUS DUAL GEFORCE RTX 5060 Ti OC – HDMI, 3 x DP

1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB SAMSUNG 990 EVO PLUS M.2 PCIe 4.0/5.0 NVMe SSD (Up to 7150MB/s Read, 6300MB/s Write)

Power Supply
CORSAIR 750W RMe SERIES™ ATX 3.1, MODULAR, CYBENETICS GOLD

Processor Cooling
PCSPECIALIST FrostFlow 200

A few things to note: with the current RAM market, I have consciously made the decision to go with 16GB for the time being while still sticking with dual-channel memory.

Another thing is that I was originally going to go with the 5060, but after looking into the 8GB of VRAM, I decided it was worth the extra chunk out of my budget for the 16GB Ti model.

I am most likely going to order this PC today, but I would really appreciate a second opinion before I do.

Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Need help recovering Galaxy A34! Odin fails at vendor_boot

I have a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G (model number: SM-A346B) and recently attempted to downgrade from Android 16 to Android 15 by following a YouTube tutorial.

I downloaded the firmware from SamFW, making sure it had the same bootloader binary version (B/11). However, when I tried flashing it with Odin, on my phone I got the errors "DDI : write failed !!!" and "DOWNLOAD FAILE DETECTED : boot" when i attempt to restart the phone/cancel. This is my Odin log:

ID:0/003 Odin engine v(ID:3.1401)..

I initially started by loading the **HOME\_CSC** file, which I now realise was a mistake. At the time, I was simply following the video and copied what it did without giving it much thought. Since then, I've tried multiple times using the regular **CSC** file instead of **HOME\_CSC**, but I still get the same error every time.

For reference:

* **Current firmware (before attempting the downgrade):** `[A346BXXUBEYI7]` * **Firmware I attempted to flash:** `[A346BXXSBDYI1]`

The phone no longer boots into Android, but it **can still enter Download Mode**. I haven't been able to get it to boot since the failed flash.

Is there any way for me to proceed, or at least a way to restore my phone to a working state? If downgrading isn't possible, is there a way to flash the original firmware back onto the device so I can use it again?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
