Hello, I have received my octopus mini which was touted to me as the solution for my IHD not working due to being 2 floors above where the meter is located. Unfortunately it doesn’t work, and the guidance says it needs to be within 5 metres of the meter. Doesn’t this defeat the point of it? How can I resolve this, as I really want to see the live data of my usage. Thank you in advance.
