This was so useful!
Strong yogurt smell, more prominent during the evenings and night! - Hoya Heushkeliana variegated.
Bonus clouds on last one!
Lots of Philos, monsteras and anthurium. Hoya collection was considerably less. Still fun though!
Gloriousum variegated 6inch pot ($192) - was 50% off on day 2, regret buying earlier but it spoke to me on Day 1🤭🫣 - is this price justified in the US? (I didn't do my research on it)
Florida x Mayoi - mature and love the color vibes from it.
Only got 2 from my list and grabbed others that caught my attention. All were from Day 1 except the Kanyakumariana variegated which was Day 2. There were quite less hoyas vendors than anthurium / monsteras / huperzia. Overall happy.
This weekend is PlantCon in Seattle. I'm going the first time ever.
Any recommendations on how to find good reliable vendors and hoyas at such an exhibition.
Any things to must do vs things to be careful about?
Any plants bought would be a one way buy with no option to return if bad so want to make the best of the event and time spent. Thanks all!
Blooming hoya Sunrise for tax.
Just look at it!
What has your experience being importing with them to the US? Are they legit and reliable?
Worth $25 in northwest US FB marketplace, or is variegation weak?
Recent marketplace buy! Love the colors and slight splash. Having a splash mathilde, this looks beautiful 😍
Every nook and corner you go to, that once had an old house is being converted to 3 or 4 story townhouses all cramped up together. This is understandable for Seattle but why here, where there's plenty of space? I rarely see SFH and if I do, then they are almost a million. What's the reason for this TH push? There's not a park in walking distance and the sidewalks are almost non existent.

Hoya Sigtalis round form, Hoya UT073, Hoya Elliptica, Hoya Imperialis, Hoya UT039.
My favorite in last pic 😍 UT073

I took that leaf off, gave a nice rain on the entire plant, loaded with systemic granules + isolation. I have few philos and hoyas near it that i recently added A. Cucumeris predatory insects for. Also I didnt see any more on either the leaves or anywhere else? Anything else I can do here??
My hoya decided to become a giant. It's nothing like the other leaves. What caused it? It's growing conditions and weather are unchanged.
