I have 10 mins to pitch MDA on a finance podcast tomorrow. Looking for feedback on my key talking points!
I am invited to speak about the stock of my choice tomorrow on a financial podcast. And of course I chose to talk about MDA! I will have about 10 mins.
My main key notes on why MDA has a promising future are:
- They have a 4B$ contracted backlog from major clients. We talking about space giants and government agencies.
- The WEF predicts space sector will reach 1.8T$ in 2035, it was 636B$ in 2025, that represents a compounded growth of 11%.
- Novaspace predicts 40k-50k satellites to be launched in the next decade, for comparison we launched 9500 satellites between Sputnik 1957 and 2020. Then we launched 18 500 satelittes between 2020 and 2026.
- MDA is undervalued compared to its hyped up peers and MDA is actually profitable, generating revenue and, I repeat, already has a 4B$ contracted backlog. That's signed deals MDA has committed to deliver.
- MDA has spent a fortune building its satellite factory and now its almost ready and can produce 2 satellites/day. MDA will now be able to make the sats and keep the cash.
So those are my key notes for tomorrow! Feel free to comment to add other ideas or modify the ones I have. Thanks! 🚀
