After recent RD purge I lost lot of access to Indian content and many users encouraged me to look here but does my trail plan have any limitations or is this how it's supposed to be?
I'm looking at some asset holding companies where they hold real estate, stocks and or bonds. Some are trading at 50%-75% of their inventories/ marketable assets. They do have high borrowing but much less than inventories/ marketable assets.
Searching online I found PB to be a suggestion. But I'm curious as to how you guys find intrinsic value and what metrics do you use.
My hands are programmed to use RCTRL, I get interrupted so often. I hate it with passion.
I have bought STRC in my account in April this year. There is no change to cost basis of STRC or any dividend added as cash for the last 2 months.
My current broker implements the reduction in cost basis every month and sends untaxed dividend to my unused cash, since STRC is subsidiary of MSTR who doesn't earn on paper.
I'm looking at GDMS GWN7604 for access point setup for my home.
I am getting it for around $60 when converted from local currency..
It's got almost everything I want/need. Before pulling the trigger I want explore other options.
Also any GDMS product reviews would be appreciated.
It's 3 storey, 1300~sqft on each floor and a dedicated entertainment room.
