So I work in an indian firm for indian accounting . 4 months ago they started a branch for US accounting and in just 4 months they got more than double the clients than what our Indian team has . Im wondering if this is actually bad for US . (Ps im new to accounting and this sector so I dont have much market knowledge about this)

stay at the current firm or leave for Forvis Mazars?
im currently working for us clients in a good small uk kpo firm and the work culture is really good and the salary is decent for the work hours there. now i got an offer letter to work with uk clients in forvis mazars in addition to it , it will be 3 days wfo and 2 days wfh . the work culture seems to be just as light and the office is also providing 2 times meals and other complementary. and as it is one of the top 10 companies , i think that would make my resume look really good . and anyway i think working with uk clients would be better as i am an acca candidate . my question is if anyone is wokring in forvis mazars(pune) can they tell me if the work culture is good or not .and please i need opinions if you were in the same place what would u have done?
