I have no clue what genre this song is and i like the band mauled in general. I really enjoy the slower and crushing part if u get what im saying. Any help and song recommendtions would be highly appreciated :)

This problem only accours on valorant and only after i change my resolution to anything thats not the default settings, i tried to much stuff like using a custom resolution, using true stretched, setting scaling to gpu and trying any suggestion that chatgpt gave to see if it would be better but the stutters still appear. Nothing spikes when i open task manager either.
i already have multithreaded rendering on, drivers that are up to date, corrwect refresh rate, vsync off, and good specs (9070 xt and ryzen 7 7800x3d)
