I litteraly started playing this morning, didnt even eat once, only went to the bathroom once, my head hurts but my mind keep asking for more. How long does it take to actually beat the game so I can go to bed

I got a bunch of hours on the game already on ps5 pro but I was wondering if the enchanced graphics setting (AI pssr) actually works and does it run properly for anyone who has tried it let me know.. if so, is there any improvement?
