PEME Aventus One Ayala

Question lang po: I had my PEME last friday afternoon so far all results are uploaded na po in the portal except for the Drug Test. Normal lang po ba na delay ang pag release ng result ng drug test? And also Aventus po ba mag reremarks na Fit To Work? Or si Company's physician?

Pre Employment Medical Exam with Findings

Problem/Goal: Had my PEME yesterday and it has findings

Context: I am really nervous, I already signed contract but yesterday I had my PEME and 'yung xray may findings. Ito po findings:

PTB, RIGHT
MINIMAL PLEURAL EFFUSION OR THICKENING, LEFT SULCUS

I don't have TB history, I just had my asthma when I was younger. Sa current company ko, always findings siya during PEME/APE but they just require me to get clearance from pulmo. I dont know sa prospect company ko if mahigpit sila. Would this be a ground for them to retract the contract? Kinakabahan ako kasi nag resign na ako sa current work ko huhu.

Had a follow-up interview with the VP for a more senior role, and now I can’t stop overthinking it.

I just finished my interview about an hour ago, and I can’t stop replaying everything in my head.

For context, this wasn’t actually my final interview. I had already completed the hiring manager interviews weeks ago. After a long wait, HR contacted me and said the team wanted to consider me for a more senior role, so they scheduled a follow-up interview with the VP (along with the hiring managers).

The interview lasted around 40 minutes. I answered most of the questions, but there were a few that completely caught me off guard. They weren’t necessarily technical—they were just the kind of questions you can’t really anticipate no matter how much you prepare.

Looking back now, I feel like I didn’t communicate my thoughts as clearly as I wanted to. I knew what I wanted to say, but I don’t think my answers came across the way they sounded in my head.

At the end, the VP said they would convene after the interview, which I know is probably a normal part of their hiring process. Still, I walked away with this heavy feeling that I won’t get the job.

Has anyone else experienced this? Have you ever left an interview convinced you did poorly, only to end up getting an offer? Or did your gut feeling end up being right?

I’m trying not to overanalyze every answer, but it’s really difficult right now. I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences while I wait for their decision.

Good sign or not?

Hii, so I posted here a week ago regarding the hiring process which kind of slow, or maybe it is normal for an international company. But here I am again, asking if it is a good sign, I received a call from the HR earlier today, inviting me for another round of interview this time with the VP (final interview was with the hiring managers) because they are eye-ing me for more senior role.

I don't want to get my hopes up since they really take forever to update.

Also, he's inviting me to do the interview tomorrow
ASAP but I am not free due to work related stuff (we have a reporting every thurs) so I requested to move it on Friday.

Question: Is it normal or red flag hiring process?

Hi everyone 👋🏻,

I’d like to get your thoughts on the hiring timeline I’m currently experiencing.

For context, I applied to an international company through a referral. It’s been about two years since I was last actively job hunting, so I’m not sure if this timeline is normal for larger companies or if the process is just particularly slow.

Here’s the timeline so far:
April 23 – Applied through a referral
May 6 – Received an email from HR asking me to complete my application profile through their job portal
May 13 – Sent my first follow-up
May 14 – Received an interview invitation with the Hiring Manager
May 20 – Interview with the Hiring Manager
May 26 – Sent my second follow-up
June 3 – Received an email informing me that I had been shortlisted for the role.

Since being shortlisted, I haven’t received any further updates yet. For those who have gone through similar hiring processes, especially with multinational or international companies, is this timeline fairly typical? How long did it take for you to receive a final decision or job offer after being shortlisted?

I’d appreciate any insights or experiences you can share. Thanks! ✨

P.S. humbly requesting also your prayers, I really need to change job now because of financial reasons. Tysm 🍃✨

CITCO Hiring Process

Had an interview with HM 2 weeks ago and up until today, no update from them if I got the job or nah. May I just ask how long would it take to receive an update from them?

Though the HR remains responsive and continues to communicate with me whenever I follow up.

The last update (yesterday) from HR was that he’d check in with the hiring team again and keep me posted.

I cannot move forward with other company as CITCO is top of my choices.
