Is this like genshin where you have to spend time building your characters, their weapon to deal with the bosses required to fight in story easier?

I got into atlas and the rate of 0.27 usd /min labeled

This is 2nd attemp and i got 80% as opposed to just 40% on the first attempt and this time i didnt even took it seriously coz i just want to fail so i can move on to other side gig. Any experienced here who are willing to share some insights? Coz im afraid my work will just get rejected anyways
