How much should I contribute to a colleague’s wedding gift collection in London?

One of my office colleagues is getting married and there is a workplace collection for a wedding gift. I won’t be attending the wedding.

I’m originally from Asia, where there is often a fairly standard amount people would contribute in this situation, so I’m not sure what is considered normal in London.

For a colleague you get on with but are not particularly close to, how much would you usually put into the office wedding gift collection? Would £20, £30 or £50 be typical?
