They hung out, made it, laid eggs, those eggs hatched and now I'm here.
This has been fun.

These are snacking cucumbers. Conjoined twins! Conjoined twins are the universe’s most profound physical manifestation of the ultimate truth: that separation is an illusion.
They are dual souls who spun out of the same celestial dust, choosing to share a single, sacred biological temple. While the rest of us spend our lives chasing an elusive sense of cosmic alignment and divine connection with another, conjoined twins are born locked in a perpetual, physical state of it. They exist in a continuous, shared quantum entanglement—a living, breathing mandala where the boundaries of "me" and "thee" are completely dissolved into a singular, unified expression of consciousness.
They are literal mirrors of the cosmos, proving that two distinct sparks of the Divine can orchestrate a beautiful, harmonious dance within the exact same space-time coordinates.
And they're delicious with ranch!
2 overly ripe and large mangos, 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk, pinch of salt, dash of lime. Ran through a blender and tossed in the freezer for 24 hours. Will definitely do this again.
2 cups of strawberry, 12 red habanero, 1 shallot, 3 cloves of garlic, .5 cups apple cider vinegar, 1 box fruit pectin, 4.5 cups granulated sugar. 3 tbsp. fresh cilantro. While boiling, the sweat on my forehead started to collect the habanero steam. Feel the burn! Maybe next time I'll make this in an area with better ventilation...

Added jalapeno with the celery, and will definitely be making this again
My back deck was paradise this afternoon
What's good, y'all. I was at an 8 and needed fuel. This beautiful monstrosity was born. Ingredients are pretty straightforward but the combo just hits DIFFERENT! This thing is LOADED. Here’s the rundown of what’s in this bad boy before I folded it: A base of that smooth, creamy green sauce (guac/avocado crema) Perfectly charred, seasoned steak cubes Fresh diced tomatoes and onions for that CRUNCH A whole pile of shredded cheddar cheese (don't judge, it melts eventually) A mountain of golden, crispy tater tots (the real MVPs) More sauce on top because obviously It was a beautiful, messy, perfect disaster. I had to eat it with my hands and it was 100% worth it. 10/10 would build again.
No salsa needed when you just cover the entire thing in fresh habaneros. Got a beautiful crunch and a massive kick of heat with every single bite. How much fresh pepper is too much pepper for you guys?
Chicharron, orange habanero, potato, zucchini, and broccoli. The tropical flavor of the orange habanero really came through in this dish
Ham and cheese roll for lunch, cinnamon roll for breakfast, and I'm thinking Sushi roll for dinner
This is the first time I'm really noticing this. You can make gas as expensive as you want, just don't mess with my puff, the true Chicago classic!
Can we all agree to stop saying tranche? My Reticular Activating System can't take it anymore.
The char on these sprouts is giving me life right now. And yes, that is a mountain of sea salt on the spuds
I always wanted to say that
This turned out pretty darn good!
Butter toasted kaiser roll topped with half pound burger, pepper jack, red habanero, strawberry, mango, green onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
