Why do so many vegans accuse non-vegans of having an ideology?

Quite a few vegans I talk to claim that I have an ideology that consists of torturing animals.

What are they talking about?

Is atheism a religion?

Not having an ideology is not an ideology.

Anti-gay propaganda on Instagram lately

Have you guys ever seen that anti-gay propaganda from the late fifties about gay men being pedophiles? I know it's popping up everywhere all over Instagram lately.

The funny thing is there people in the comments claiming that's accurate when obviously it isn't.

First of all there have been tons of straight men who have done the same thing to underage girls and lately we've had lots of grown women having their way with little underage boys especially teachers.

The thing is that whenever you mention this to anti-gay people they always go "per capita"

As if that somehow justifies anything.

Anti-gay bigotry is still out there

Hey guys. Despite that game marriage is legal and off of these states there are people who are still trying to trash the gay community.

I came across this video on YouTube a while back by this quack of a doctor, who claimed that there is a peer reviewed study that shows that kids get emotionally damaged by being raised by gay parents.

Despite the fact that there are tons of peer-reviewed data that says otherwise?

I'll go ahead and Link the video for those of you who want to see it but she claimed the study was hushed by the pro gay establishment.

I find this Illuminati argument to be extremely funny because back in 1973 is when homosexuality was declassified as a mental illness.

I have to ask, what powerful gay lobbyist existed in 1973?

Need information about oysters

I read a conversation from a vegan to a non-vegan earlier.. the non vegan said that eating oysters was okay because oysters don't feel any pain which it looks like they don't.

However the vegan claimed they are still sentient because they can feel emotion.

Does anybody have any idea what he's talking about?

I haven't seen any scientific evidence that shows that show a motion but even if they do I thought sentience was about being able to feel pain and have a nervous system?

Does anybody have an idea what this vegan is talking about?

I really like the episode where they took over the toy department.

"my name is Becky and I need to go to the potty"

"My name is Jasmine I've just been to the potty"

I wonder who makes those dolls.

Somebody a lot of toilet humor.

LOL

My experiences of being an expagon

I know I'm a little late to the party for this but I like to talk a little about my experiences.

I had fresh vegetables, beans and nuts as a diet and stayed away from dairy and meat and honey.

I lost the majority of my muscle and my weight seems to stay the same.

Also I was going to the bathroom a lot more often which was a big pain.

Since I've had eggs back in the mind diet I feel a little bit better and I'm not going to the bathroom as often.

I'm starting to build a little bit more of my muscle again.

The reason I'm telling all of you this story because the most common thing I hear from vegans is that "you didn't do it right, you should have yada yada yada yada"

Either that or they play the false dichotomy game where they claim that you automatically support animal torture because you don't identify as a vegan.

Have any of you had experiences like this before?

What are some of your experiences?

Here's some more from the same guy I mentioned earlier

This is a perfect example of vegan narcissism. I simply pointed out how using dogma as an argument to condemn somebody is no different than what fundamentals Christian is there. His response is that one's a threat in the other is an argument.

Epic facepalm!

Another guy who completely ignored my point

I tried to explain to this guy what intelligence has to do with accountability.

All he did was go on a big tan trip about how people are stupid therefore they cannot be held accountable for what they do and that somehow debunks humans having the root of moral agency.

Does anybody else understand this logic?

This guy right here doesn't realize that he let himself wide open.

So they're equal in value?

I guess by his logic he thinks that animal should have health care.

LOL

Hey guys I came across one of the worst arguments in favor of veganism. Check this out and tell me what you guys think.

>Does ask yourself has literally used to name the trade argument in order to claim that non vegans are hypocritical because they can't name a trait that humans have and all other animals don't.

He is literally said a bunch of his videos back retarded people don't know any better and are not civilized and therefore behave like animals or at least that's what he's implying.

I can't follow this at all. I don't know who you are talking about or what your point is here.

>Also if you think that consideration for moral framework should be extended to anyone capable of suffering, so does that mean that animal should be held accountable for killing other animals?

Again, the "name the trait" argument is about moral patients, not about moral agents. If you believe that suffering is bad and animals can suffer, you need to have some additional trait that justifies harming non-human animals but does not justify harming humans.

The reason non-human animals don't need to be held accountable for killing other non-human animals is because they are not moral agents. They don't need to behave morally. Humans should.
