Loon in Wisconsin

I recently developed an interest in photographing birds in the last year! I have always admired the loon, and they are not present in the area where I reside, so I always consider it a real treat when I visit states where loons are prevalent. I took this last Sunday, before the smoke took over :(

Plan to stop him chewing has failed...

For months I used a stone coaster to stop Nori from chewing the couch and wooden coffee table corners. Today, he helped me see who is really in charge.

My coffee, or his?

Every time I have a cup, Nori has to claim it.

I call this "delaying the enviable"

Three days without a bath, and Nori decides to play around the bath instead of fully submerging...for over an hour. This was yesterday, and I'm sure he reveled in all of the days previous, each time he decided to avoid the bath I had prepared just for him...menace. He finally took a bath today 🙌

Edit: I also recognize my spelling error in the title 🫣 Enviable is meant to be inevitable

I used to dislike bouquets...

...until I moved onto two acres with over 20 varieties of roses. Fist two bouquets of the season!

A mediocre offering and an empty peanut bag

Nori wasn't too pleased that he only got half a peanut from the bag I was consuming.
