Pelvic floor therapy
Currently 21 weeks pregnant - I want to start working with a pelvic floor therapist to be proactive. Any good/bad experiences with either Mizzou or Boone therapists for this?

Overwhelmed by bassinets! Recs?
I have narrowed down to a few , but no matter what, each and every bassinet has some sort of negative review, so it makes things really tough to decide. Anyone recommend any of these? Seem to be most popular. Most important: breathability/safety, levelness, firm mattress, convenience factors?

Does window need to be recaulked completely or just add some on top where gaps are? What kind?
Concerned about bugs since I have seen a few on the inside of the house at this window coming from trim.
