Infosys Selected in November 2025 - Still No Update?

Anyone here who was selected through the Infosys on-campus drive in November 2025 and still hasn’t received any communication regarding joining or onboarding?

It’s August 2026 now, and we’re still waiting for an update. Just wanted to know if there are others in the same situation.

9 months after campus selection, still no onboarding. What should we do?

Hi everyone,

A group of 15 of us from a Tier-1 engineering college in South India got placed at a well known Indian MNC during campus placements (9th semester) for a Data Associate Consultant role.

The company only offered FTE, so we did our final-semester internships elsewhere. We’ve now graduated (2 months ago), but it’s been 9 months since selection, and none of us has received an offer letter, onboarding date, or any communication.

Our placement cell has emailed the company multiple times but hasn’t received any response. Everyone keeps telling us to wait, saying this is normal, but the uncertainty is really affecting us.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did your joining eventually happen, or should we start looking elsewhere?

Seeing everyone else start their careers while we’re still stuck in uncertainty is honestly very demotivating. 🫠

Campus placement at Infosys (Associate Data Consultant) – Selected 8 months ago, still no offer letter or update.

Hi everyone,

I'm a 2026 graduate who was selected through campus placements for the Associate Data Consultant role at Infosys.

Here's my timeline:

  • Selected on November 2025
  • Our final semester ended in May 2026
  • We graduated in June 2026
  • Today is 14 July 2026, and we still haven't received an offer letter or any onboarding communication.

This isn't just me. 15 students from my college were selected for the same role, and every one of us is in the same situation.

Our placement cell has already contacted Infosys regarding the delay, but there has been no response for more than 10 days.

Has anyone else (especially campus hires for Associate Data Consultant or similar roles) experienced such a long delay with Infosys?

  • Did you eventually receive your offer letter?
  • How long did you have to wait?
  • Was there any communication before onboarding?
  • Should we continue waiting, or should we assume nothing is guaranteed and focus entirely on other opportunities?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been in a similar situation.
