I’ve been taking 60mg of Cymbalta for two weeks and haven't seen any improvement. I have severe depression, and my anxiety is through the roof.
Is two weeks still too soon to notice an improvement?
I’ve read that it can take 6 to 8 weeks?

I switched from Lorazepam whicj i was taking for a year to a longer-acting benzodiazepine (Clonazepam).
I take 0.25 mg twice a day. How should I reduce the dosage when the medication id taken twice a day? Should I reduce both doses at the same time? And by what percentage?

I experience intense anxiety during the night and at its peak when I wake up in the morning. It's so intense that it paralyzes me.
I started taking 30mg of Cymbalta 12 days ago and I haven't seen any improvement. Dr told me it can get worst before the anxiety goes down.
Is the dose too low? I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor. Meanwhile, i have to take a dose of lorazepam in the morning so i can get through the day until the medication starts working. Please, tell me it will.
