Update: Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

I managed to fix it with the help of Apple Support through their online chat. The issue was more than just the login password—I couldn’t even access Terminal in Recovery/Boot mode because it kept asking for the administrator password.

Apple Support guided me through the recovery process. They had me remove the Mac from my iCloud/Apple Account on the web and follow a few additional steps. After that, I was able to reset the password, and everything started working normally again.

They said it was likely a software glitch. Everything is working perfectly now.

I bought a brand-new Mac mini M4 just a few days ago. Everything was working perfectly, including this afternoon. I installed the latest macOS update yesterday, and there were no problems.

But this evening, my Mac login password suddenly started showing as incorrect, even though I’m entering the same password that worked before.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I recently bought a HyperX SoloCast 2 (wired) microphone for recording voiceovers for my history YouTube channel. This is my first time using a dedicated microphone.

The problem is… I don’t like how my voice sounds. Now I’m wondering if I made the wrong purchase.

Would a wireless mic like the Hollyland Lark or DJI Mic Mini have made my voice sound better? Or is the issue just my voice, my recording technique, or lack of audio processing?

I record in my room while sitting at my desk—not for travel or outdoor videos.

I’d really appreciate advice from creators who have used these mics. Is the SoloCast a good choice for voiceovers, or should I have gone with a wireless mic instead?

I’m thinking of buying this Zeel raincoat for riding my bike during the monsoon.

If anyone is using it, how is it? Does it keep you dry in heavy rain? Any leaks or quality issues?

Also, if there’s a better raincoat in the same price range, please suggest one.

I’m planning to buy a Mac mini M4 (16GB RAM + 512GB SSD) in India.
The current price is around ₹80,000.

I don’t need it urgently, but I’ll probably buy it within the next 3 months. I’m not waiting for the M5—I just want to know if there’s a realistic chance of the M4 getting cheaper.
Do Mac mini models usually see significant discounts in India during sales, or is ₹80,000 already a good price for the 16GB/512GB version?
If you were in my position, would you buy now or wait a few months? Any insights from previous Mac mini price trends would be appreciated.
