My name is Elena, I'm 30 years old, and I've been married to my husband, Jose, for 10 years. We met when we were 19 and got married when we were 20. This is my story.
It was an ordinary day, full of routine. I left for work as usual. I said goodbye to my husband as I always do before going anywhere. My husband works from home, so he's always home.
During the afternoon, I received a text message from a friend I'm not very close to, saying she had seen my husband and my best friend together at a cafe. At first, I thought it was a misunderstanding, then I thought there was nothing wrong with it since my husband and my friend have always gotten along well, I told myself, trying to downplay it. However, my unease began to grow.
When I got home, I found my husband a little nervous and restless. I decided not to mention what my friend had told me, but my suspicions were growing. That night at dinner, I asked him what he had done during the day, as I always did, and he replied that he hadn't left the house because he'd been working a lot and hadn't had time for anything. That night, I couldn't sleep, lost in thought and anxious, imagining a thousand scenarios.

As the days passed, my suspicions increased because he started acting strangely.

So I decided to go see my friend to observe her behavior. She was even worse than my husband; she wasn't acting like herself, she was withdrawn and very nervous. So the next day I decided to ask for permission at work to follow my husband and find out for sure if he was cheating on me with my best friend. That morning, like every day, I made him believe I was going to work. I left the house and drove to the corner to wait for him to come out. He did, and two hours later he left the house. I followed him, keeping a safe distance.
I saw him go into a café, and when I peeked in, I recognized my friend sitting with him, laughing and talking more intimately than I had ever seen them before.
My world crumbled. My heart broke when I realized that what that message had hinted at was true. I went home with the weight of a devastating betrayal and didn't know how to confront them. The trust I had in them evaporated in an instant.
And just thinking about how long they've been cheating on me... Now, faced with reality, I found myself at an emotional crossroads. Deciding what to do with that information was the hardest part. I knew the truth had come out, but the pain was more intense than I could ever have imagined.

Hace unos dias decidi revisar su telefono. Porque algo me habia estado molestando durante semanas. Mi novio ha estado algo distante , mire las notificaciones y vi un mensaje de una desconocida en su cuenta de instagram. El corazon me dio un vuelco. La curiosidad me dio el impluso de abrir el mensaje y me encontre con una conversacion que parecia demasiado casual entre el y ella aparentemente, habian intercambiado fotos .

Me recorde que , ultimamente mi novio estaba mas ocupado de lo habitual. Salia con amigos justo cuando yo tenia planes con el y a menudo su telefono estaba bloqueda con contraseña cuando antes no lo estaba. Cuando le preguntaba que hacia , el siempre me respondia con evasivas  como ¨solo trabajo o estoy con mis amigos¨ y cuando lo decia con una sonrisa, pero habia algo en su tono que me parecia sospechoso.

No se como decirle que ya se la verdad no se si hago como que nose nada o le digo que ya lo se todo
