The beginning of the future
Micro just released their ad supported gamepass in beta version. It is cloud based and you get 1hr per day and 5hrs per month to play only games you already own on a micro account. My dismay comes from other platforms copying this model. I can see ads placed before games, after cutscenes, and even when u pause a game. I could see ps+ doing this for essential monthly games. Then i could see devs start doing this for funding for their games to offset costs or for greed. Im looking at EA and Activision as the quickest to adopt this model. However when one company does it everyone else follows. So i could see $80 ad supported games and $100 for ad-less. I just don’t like where we’re headed. We payed all these tariffs only for the companies to recoup costs. This matters alot to me especially with ps going disc-less. So Destiny just ended and i am thinking about jumping to the division right an 8year old ps4 game. At gamestop its $3 used and $10 new but on ps its $30-$70 bases on what edition you get of course. This is the point we are making about physical media. So let’s say i buy it new at $10 thats a 300% increase in price.
Best gentics
Who do u guys think have the most unique genetics are doing strains that no one else is doing, isnt hiding behind weird or modified names.
As far as conpanies talking about genetics Full tilt says they have the most elite genetics but thats far to be seen.
I think kusala, brighterside, brookside, clade 9, genuine grow, and blissco are the only ones really doing elite genetics that are NJ local strains or a NJ spin to it and it really shows.
Is breakwater misleading me
I just got a message saying 2nd place culture cup grape crape is available… i just looked at the results and it didnt even show it making it to the final table…. Is this the result from an earlier win or a different culture cup…. Im looking at the recent one in maine which is usually where they enter… any insight and if it was a previous year win why wouldnt they just say that like 2024 culture cup winning grape crape… know what i mean

This is based on a variety of things but most importantly is consistency and consistency across strains. Now not everyone is going to be a homerun and there are going to be bad batches occasionally but i believe this is the best of the best. There are great mid priced brands as well.
Tell me what you think— anyone else that should be on there or anyone who should be taken off

Has anyone else heard this… any truth to it
Headline was ——— NetEase is reportedly attempting to buy the IP to develop mobile iterations and standalone spin-offs utilizing Destiny's mechanical blueprints, entirely separate from Bungie's current internal management.
The deal is the are in negotiations to purchase The Destiny IP for 500-600 million from sony.
Idk if this worries me or gives me hope?
I keep getting asked by newer players what the vaulted content was like
Vanilla d2 —The red war— wasnt anything spectacular but playing it for the first time was very fun and showed u the potential that the game became its also introduced you to the light and the traveller it came with the raid the leviathan …. You also had other destinations to explore too
The curse of osirus- was a very short campaign and map and people complained about that…, in this story u were introduced to osirus and had to defeat the vex and the vex boss panotepes ….they were attempting to create a world where everyone is converted into machines….it introduced the infinite forest which created multiple timelines the vex created…. It came with the raid lair eater of worlds
Warmind- introduced you to anna bray and together yall explored the mars destination which i enjoyed it was a step up with alot of in destination stuff… escalation protocol, sleeper quest and catalyst in this u were fighting the hive and i think some cabal… the exiled son of oryx notkis and the hive worm god xol were trying to get the rasputin weapons for their use to give the hive better weaponry… in the end u defeat the hive and Rasputin decides that hell work on his own to protect humanity… this is also when the secret whisper mission appeared i believe.. i remember getting the whisper and the first thing i did was run the strike where xol bc it was easy to line up shot on his massive crriy zone
Also hearing about the whisper mission, finding it, waiting for it, and then playing it was a highlight of destiny…. It came with the raid lair spire of stairs
The forsaken expansion— first it introduced new supers that were amazing…..and man this was one of my favorites bc it hit so hard when cade 9 died… it added two destinations the tangled shore and the dreaming city… introduced you to the spider and then the very sexy mara sov….it introduced the scorn enemy type… but the story is basically you avenging clade 9s death by hunting down a gang…. You went and killed different i believe they were called barons or something like that but you choose who to go after and in which order at the same time you lea that clade 9s killer uldren was manipulated into killing clade by the witch queen savathun… he believed he was saving his sister but instead released a monster taken boss raven…upon you killing uldren he opens the dreaming city and releases the voice of riven (the taken creature) this opened up a whole new destination the dreaming city that was so full of secrets, quests, and the last wish raid… as well as the first dungeon the shattered thrown which was very unique and different from previous content…..the city ran on loops so you could only do certain things certain weeks bc the world changed… i truely believe this was the pinnacle of end game content i think there was more to do after the campaign then during…. However more importantly it changed how guns worked— random rolls… it used to be kinoetiv, energy, and power, but all shotguns, snipers, fusion rifles and grenade launchers were all heavy weapons. This is when special ammo and weapons got reconfigured. This was called the double primary era. Also there want alot of ability spam it was mosty gun with abilities periodically. Supers were saved until bosses unless you could comfortably get two supers in a run. This was also the ending of rng exotic drops… some exotics were random drops and some were not. Up until now every exotic was an rng drop and it always seemed like the exotic drop u really wanted was the last one you got lol. They did have exotic quests for specific weapons and raid only exotics but at this point it changed. Also you have 3x for the raid exotic by playing each raid as all 3 classes. There were no real gameplay modifications or difficulty selection other then then the nightfall which was punishingly hard compared to what they are today. Power grind was not that hard either. Alot of people ran activities for god roll varients and pvp was still good at this point. Telesto and graviton lance where dominant and you could rack up to 3 kills of one kill with graviton this plus the easy use made it a too contender. Then the ace of spades entered and hand cannons started becoming more prevalent. There were only maybe 3 archetypes of each weapon type but varied on what type of weapon it was.
Then you had the leviathan raid destination… it had the leviathon, eater of worlds, spire of stars, and then later it added crown of sorrow. It also had the the menagerie which was a fun 6 player match-made activity added later but you could use the chalice to farm specific weapons among other things. It had a tribute hall with all your achievements, decorations, and statues, and trophies in it. I think they should have kept this in a new format after the vault. It was the first firing range in the game. It was also tied into the bad juju quest line. You had to conplete objectives to get the weapon plus catalyst. There were also tons of secret passages that spanned the entirety if the ship pretty much. Tjose secret passages had secret passages and alllowed you to skip past certain encounters and hunt secret chests using keys obtained from encounters. After the vault we got the derelict leviathon as a patrol destination but it was just a patrol zone with seasonal activities like nightmare containment and some seasonal missions. It was great for nostalgia but angered people that it didnt come back as a whole.
