How to Fix?
I’m not sure of the names of these parts, but the right side is sagging. Seems the previous owner reinforced it with a couple of brackets but I’d like to do a more permanent fix if it’s not too expensive. Any tips? Thanks!

Does this mean this specific trailer tongue weight is actually 46 pounds under the standard weight of 275 lbs listed online?
It’s a 2010 Flagstaff 720 if that helps.
Thanks!
With another large mill closure (Northwood) in BC, I’m looking for input from those knowledgeable in the field as to what the main cause(s) of the decline in our forestry industry is. This issue tends to become politicized based on who I talk to and I really don’t know enough about it to comment, and I’d be curious to know more about it. I hear things like the NDP makes it too difficult to log and there’s lots of trees left out there, to pine beetle, to tariffs, to over logging in prior decades. What’s mainly to blame- or is it a general swath of issues coming together at once?
Located in central BC, Canada. Lawn is irrigated and the rest of it is quite healthy. We do have a pretty insane amount of dew worm castings all over- not sure if related at all.
