Advice re jingle bells

Any advice on this clematis that went wild in the heatwave (we were away for a month!). Has been pruned but I suspect it needs more.

Marinated Salmon, runner beans, baby new pots roasted tomatoes and garlic.

Marinade was stem ginger, olive oil, garlic, zest n juice of an orange, soy sauce and chilli flakes. After marinating the liquid was reduced in a pan.

French Beef

I’ve had many steaks in France over the years (30+) and regularly find the taste excellent but the amount of gristle and fat seems very high. This is an excellent example “a point”

I’d be interested to hear comments.
