Wobbly voice in my section driving me crazy.

A long time member of my choir, now in their eighties is driving me crazy with their wobbly voice. Each note is a cluster of tones approximately correct but never quite achieves clarity and pitch. This throws off the section due the loud dominant voice. This individual is quite nice and a stalwart volunteer. I don't want to offend them but I also want to sing my part correctly.

The choir director is aware of the problem and has advised me to step away from them.

What advice to fix this problem?

Inexpensive case solution for underwater gear

What is your favorite solution for moving underwater gear? I know expensive solutions exist but I am looking to move a housing, dome, a couple of strobes and arms safely. Most traditional camera bags are not deep enough. I use hardshell carry on bags for other photo equipment. I am thing of doing the same and individually wrapping components.

What is your solution for safe transport of underwater gear?

Original covers or mimcricky?

I came across a very talented Frank Sinatra imitator. His voice sounded just like Frank and he even assume the swagger. It's fun and entertaining but I always feel a bit empty when a talented artist imitates the original artist instead of creating an original cover. An original cover has the potential of creating new meaning to the lyrics. What's your opinion? Do you prefer a recreation of original performance or an original cover created by a new artist?

Inexpensive flash trigger

I just want to pass on a discovery. I am using the Zeniko zf04 mini flash as a flash trigger for my Nauticam housing for a Sony A7III. It fits snuggly but works. I bought it for $20 on Amazon. The manufacturer claims 387 flashes on full power. I use 1/2 power. I've only tested this on dry land so I don't know how it will work. My photography is done at shallow depths and may not be applicable to your use scenario. I'm only passing on the information because I figured it was worth a gamble. So far it looks like a good gamble. I will update if I find issues with it.
