Don’t forget today is the last day to register to vote before the midterms!
The Cedar Park Library has free voter registration applications with prepaid postage.
Comment if you know any other places that have them too. 🩵
Just a reminder that there is an amazing Palestinian owned coffee shop in Cedar Park called Coffeyeh that you should support! It is right by Cedar Park High School, and their Coffeyeh latte is legitimately my favorite coffee ever.
They also sell keffiyeh scarves, which I bought one today.
Every time I go in they are so nice too!
Please try them out.
They aren’t paying me to promote them or anything I just genuinely like them and think it is a tangible way to support Palestinians in our community. 🖤❤️💚🤍
Someone suggested I create a petition, so I did.
Please consider signing so we can get the ball rolling!
The work doesn’t end there, you should also consider speaking at the next City Council meeting about this — meetings are Thursdays at 7, more info can be found on the City of Cedar Park website.
He was only carrying a water bottle.
Any neighborhoods doing a Fourth of July parade the morning of the fourth? Our neighborhood used to do it but stopped. 😩
Hit $200 in sales today. 🥳 I’ve been on Etsy for three months now! I know it’s not a lot but I am doing this for fun, so it’s a nice little win. I’ve been having terrible luck with Instagram for my shop. The algorithm hates me. Only people that like my posts are my mom and husband lol. I do the hashtags and post every day, I follow and like people’s posts with my niche, but I don’t even get bots or spam liking or following me. It’s bizarre. Any tips to get insta to favor me? Lol
Anyway, most of my traffic I think just comes from people searching my product which is cool!
It's the 4th Thursday and we're handing out free groceries again in the parking lot at 2001 West New Hope Dr, Cedar Park, 78613. Come between 5-7pm and you can get free, fresh groceries with no income verification. There will also be info if you need more substantial help.
If you'd like to help volunteer, we need folks to help set up at 4:30pm, man the tables from 5-7pm, and a group to help break down at 7:30pm. No signup needed to volunteer, just come on out and let our team know you are here to help!
Have y’all seen this? In Taylor, Texas. Anyone know if there are going to be protests over this? Or city council meeting?
Truly despicable.

We have an R1T. Yesterday we drove over a screw causing one of the tires to become completely flat. Took it to discount tire and they said we had to replace all the tires. After they replaced them as they were backing it out they said something in the suspension broke/shattered?
That is completely their fault right? Like a car shouldn’t break that easily just for having a flat tire…
I’ve posted on here before about it, but my siblings and I have been trying to have an intervention with our evangelical MAGA mom and I think we are finally calling it.
Trump has damaged our relationship with her immensely, and we tried to keep the focus on that the most. Like “hey it’s hurtful you keep choosing this man over relationship with your children.” My sister had one more and probably final talk with her today and it basically cemented the fact that we have lost our mom.
Sure, we will probably still have a very surface level relationship, but the relationship we had before is gone. She was always conservative growing up but we always could come to her about anything. We always went to her when we needed comfort or needed to ease our anxieties. Truly she was one of our favorite people we could really be ourselves around and not fear any anger or judgement.
But then Trump happened. And she and her 3rd even more MAGA extreme husband moved out to the middle of nowhere. Isolated with no friends or family and with Fox News playing 24/7. It was a recipe for disaster and the cult has taken our mom.
My sister asked her if there was anything he could do to make her stop supporting him and she struggled to come up with an answer. So yeah.
Fuck Trump. Fuck MAGA. Fuck Christian nationalism.
Thanks for letting me rant.
I had an order today that I packaged and made a shipping label for, I “completed” the order and everything just have to mail it tomorrow morning.
On my main page it showed it and the money I made, but when I looked at it again tonight on the main page it is back down to one less order. (Like I had 11 orders total and now it’s back to 10). The profit I made in the total went away too. Not sure if this makes sense. When I go to completed orders it is there but on the shop stats page it’s not. Is this a glitch?
