Almost every game I play in comp (diamond 5-4), is just a ginormous team diff. As in, me and my team have zero chance of ever even touching objective/the enemy team.

Almost every game, my dps cannot crack 3-4 kills, my tank cannot live longer than a few seconds, and my other support is almost always a healbotting kiri or mercy.

I am by no means good, but I am very sick of how powerless I am in these lobbies. I also face an abnormal amount of smurfs (who brag openly, and are almost all genji's or widows who are unbeatable).

I also get an insane amount of new players on my team constantly. So new, they actually ask in chat or vc, what characters do or what basic mechanics mean (like anti).

What is up with the matchmaker? I only experience this in support queue. In tank or dps queue, my matches are fairly even usually. I play almost only support, and I meain wuyang, zen, and cat.

I know people frown on it, but I am starting to believe losers queue is real, bc these matches are impossible to win. The games always end with the enemy team being hyper capable, hyper vigilant, hyper mechanically gifted, hyper coordinated, and so on.

Also I ONLY face the best dooms, balls, genjis, anrans, etc any other oppressive dive character. Like, their accounts are either brand new, ot they have thousands of hours ONLY in comp.

I do not know what to do. I try my hardest, but my team almost always gives up about a quarter into the match and we always have a leaver.

Edit: This is over the course of two months, and I play about ten matches between two days regularly. I have a winrate of about 30%. I have NEVER struggled this hard in my life before on this game. I have also always been diamond since ow2 came out.

I have been auto banning genji the last twenty plus games as support. No matter what me or my team does to counter a genji, he just instantly kills everyone, gets pocketed by everyone on his team, and he makes it impossible to actually play as a support. Since I have to spend all match fighting him (he cannot die, since he can run away super easily + deflect + dash/wall climb/jump).

Everyone says "go moira", but that stops working in plat and diamond. Genji's are usually smurfs, or they are way too good for their rank and they always dominate. I despise how he morphs the match around him, and how it forces me to play "chase the genji" for the entire match, or he auto kills everyone with no chance of him being killed.

I just genuinely have no idea what to do. The enemy genjis are always absurdly good, and go 30-0.

When I see a good genji in the enemy team, I just give up. It's so unfun me and my teammates just give up and most of them leave half the time.

I'm a diamond support (usually diamond/high plat), but my real skill level is around silver to bronze. I came back to the game after about three months of not playing, and I have about a 20-25% winrate in comp and qp.

But for some reason, my games get harder, and harder, and harder. I frequently go against people who are masters and above, while me and my teammates are usually below plat (most of my teammates are unranked or new).

So every game is a really really bad stomp, and I have been on a 20+ loss streak for a few days now.

My mmr shows no signs of dropping however, I even had a game recently where my entire team left almost instantly, and then the next game same thing happened.

How do I fix my account mmr? I have made a new account, and I still placed in diamond, and then deranked to silver, but my main account (ive had since overwatch one) will not do that. Every time I get close to deranking past plat, they give me a very easy couple wins to keep me above it.

My matchmaking has been glitched for a little while. I have about a 30% winrate in the last two seasons I've played. But the game seems to be bugged, since my mmr isn't dropping, and my rank keeps placing me in diamond each season. And losing all the way down to like silver is not fun, and takes a lot of time.

The teams I am on are very mismatched, as in one team has clearly better players while me and my team are all way way below them in every factor (hours, rank, skill).

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I do not want to "get better" as I cannot compete against plats even, let alone diamonds and masters. I just like playing in my real skill (silver, maybe bronze).

I am a new player, and I have found out almost everyone in draft will never ever surrender, even if the score is 3 vs 45 (literal game I have played).

So when they refuse to ff (especially when we are down one or two players), I am forced to just afk or leave and get a warning/timer. Last game was 6 vs 33, and after I asked twenty times to ff, they just voted no and kept insta dying over and over. So I just started walking into towers to not get the afk warning, which then led me to get the intentionally losing warning.

But why am I getting warnings when the game is unwinnable? in any other game people surrender when they cannot win. Also it's odd that 3 votes for yes isn't a surrender, that is the majority of the team saying they do not wish to play anymore.

Just having zero fun being a plaything for the emeralds plus in my lobbies (always enemy team never mine) while im a silver with a 0.5 kd. I want to play cause the gameplay is good and I like strategy games, but it seems its more tdm mixed with some small tidbits of strategy thrown in. The only people who ever seem to have fun in this game are the 1-2 top fraggers in the lobby that go 15-1 while everyone else is negative.

I try to do the whole "have fun improving, set small goals", but that isn't even possible most of the time since rounds end so fast (me and my team die within seconds of the round starting due to how bad the matchmaking is).

in each game its basically impossible for me to peek, swing, anchor, or even play support since nothing is possible when I face champs and diamonds back to back.
