Everything informational about mewing seems unreliable

I'm posting this on r/orthotropics , r/Orthodontists , and r/Mewing . I have no clue what to do about mewing. Everything good I hear about mewing comes from people who do orthotropics, and everything bad I hear about mewing comes from people who do orthodontistry. All the seemingly-scientific blogs say there is no scientific evidence, but never talk about adolescents or any non-study evidence of teenagers who have seen significant jawline improvement after mewing. One of my friends has been mewing on and off for a few years and his jawline is immaculate and his teeth are straight. and it seems too obvious that orthodontists would disagree with orthotropics, because they'd lose money. but orthodontistry also seems to have a lot of victims that suffer from unreliable medical treatment, and orthodontists will refuse to address it, and still say mewing doesn't work.

so I'm tempted to believe both sides, but I don't know. what's your opinion on this? is mewing real? can it actually reform bone and facial structure, even just a little bit?

this post may be taken off of r/Orthodontists but I hope it won't because if they care about 'no pseudoscience' then they'd answer me.

I'm posting this on r/orthotropics , r/Orthodontists , and r / M*wing . this post may be taken off of r/Orthodontists but I hope it won't because if they care about 'no pseudoscience' and not liking m*wing they would try to convince me of that and not take my post down.

I had to censor m*wing because apparently this subreddit will not let you post if it has that word. even censoring it is risky, hence the above paragraph.

please help me out. I'm lost on this.

I wasn't enough. I hurt her and our relationship was toxic and although she lied about some things, I hurt her more. my constant pessimism and negative mindsets ruined our relationship. she took such good care of me and got no reciprocation. and when she finally stood up for herself and called me out, I had never been more proud. but I had to tell her that our relationship was over, because I couldn't let her keep getting hurt. she's growing and she's hurt but she's gonna get stronger and grow past it. I want to be enough for her to take me back but I don't know how and we aren't talking so I don't know how to ask her 'how can I be enough for you? when am I able to be enough? what qualifies me as enough?' without seeming desperate.

to be honest, I think she was the reason I wasnt enough. I think she held me back because all we did was talk or call or anything and I never had time to do anything else.

I wasn't enough, and I need to move on, but I don't know how. I don't know how to be enough for myself, but I think I need to be that to be enough for her.
