Can someone help me out with this i don’t know If I can use my toilet or not. The stuff at the bottom is hard but the plumber I paid for isn’t picking up my calls and he didn’t really tell me anything once he left all he said was he was done for today and he’ll be back another time and that was almost two weeks ago,,, I’m just scared to use it and get toilet water everywhere again PLEASE AND THANK YOU

I’ll figure out the air bag systems later I just don’t want to do a temp fix for now so it won’t look as bad
