Which TNM stagings are worth memorizing from Marrow RR Surgery?

I'm doing Surgery from Marrow RR and there are so many TNM staging systems.

Can you categorize them into:

Must know

Good to know

Can skip (low yield)

Looking for a NEET PG/INI-CET exam perspective. Thanks!

What medications were you prescribed after being diagnosed with ADHD?

I was wondering what medications you were prescribed after your ADHD diagnosis.

Was it just methylphenidate, or were you prescribed something else alongside it (or instead of it), such as atomoxetine, amphetamine-based medications, guanfacine, or anything else?

I'm curious about what treatment plans people started with.

What's the cheapest legit way to buy an iPhone 17 in India?

I'm planning to buy the iPhone 17 in India and want to get it at the lowest possible price using only genuine, legal methods.

Any suggestions are welcome—whether it's:

- Bank/credit card offers

- Gift cards

- Cashback apps

- Coupon stacking

- Reward points

- Student/corporate discounts

- Exchange offers

- Festival sales

- Or any other legitimate way to bring down the final price

I'd especially love to hear from people who managed to get previous iPhones significantly below the launch price. What combination of offers worked best for you? Which retailers (Apple, Flipkart, Amazon, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, etc.) usually offer the best overall deal?

Not looking for grey market, imported devices, or anything shady—just genuine ways to maximize savings.

Thanks in advance!

Marrow QBank: Custom Modules vs Subject Tests – What's the most efficient approach?

I have a doubt regarding how to use the Marrow QBank effectively.

One option is solving questions through Custom Modules. Is relying mainly on custom modules sufficient for preparation? If yes, which tags do you recommend using to maximize efficiency and effectiveness?

The other option is doing Subject Tests, which provide analysis, ranks, performance breakdowns, and other insights.

My concern is that when solving questions through custom modules, I don't get those analytics and performance insights that tests provide.

How do you guys balance the two? Do you primarily use custom modules, subject tests, or a combination of both?

Also, what tags do you usually select while creating custom modules (e.g., high-yield, previous year questions, incorrects, bookmarks, recent updates, etc.)?

If there's any other strategy for using the QBank more effectively, I'd really appreciate your suggestions.

Is there anything else related to question-solving that I might have missed? I don't want to leave any stone unturned, so I'd appreciate any additional tips or strategies.

Thanks in advance!

Google dialer app no longer groups repeated calls from the same contact. Any workaround or reliable alternative?

I'm looking for help regarding a recent change in the Google Phone app. Previously, if someone called multiple times, the call log would show a single entry with the number of calls grouped together. Now, if the same person calls 4 times, I see 4 separate entries in the call history. This makes the call log much more cluttered and harder to use.

I found other users discussing the same issue here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/pixel_phones/comments/1mltz5w/the_new_phone_app_no_longer_groups_multiple_calls/

From what I've read, this appears to be an intentional change rather than a bug. I tried installing an older version of the Google Phone app and disabling auto-updates, hoping to get the previous behavior back. Unfortunately, that didn't work. The app either updated again or the call log behavior remained unchanged, which makes me think the feature may be controlled server-side.

The complication is that this phone is used by an elderly family member who has virtually no technical knowledge. A cluttered call log is confusing for them, and I need a solution that is reliable and doesn't require ongoing maintenance or troubleshooting from their side.

A few questions: Has anyone found a way to restore grouped call history in the current Google Phone app?

Is there a hidden setting, flag, or workaround that brings back the old behavior?

If not, what is the most reliable alternative dialer app that: Maintains a clean, grouped call log Is trustworthy and stable Works well as a daily driver Doesn't require frequent tweaking or technical knowledge I'd especially appreciate recommendations from people who have set up phones for elderly users and need something dependable long-term. Thanks in advance.

Need help choosing a lamp for power cuts

Hi everyone, I already have a regular lamp, but I'm looking for a backup light mainly for power cuts.

My requirement is simple: I want a lamp that can run directly from a power bank during an outage. I've attached screenshots of the 3 lamps I'm considering, along with the output specifications of my power bank.

I don't know much about electrical specs, wattage, voltage, etc., so sorry if this is a basic question.

Which of these 3 lamps would be the best choice for my use case? If none of them are ideal, I'd also appreciate any alternative suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help!
