Solaufein Romance Mod for EE?
EDIT: GOT IT TO WORK! Now I’m praying it doesn’t break my game by the time I get to the Underdark 😂
Hi! So a while back I asked about a Solaufein Romance mod, cuz I heard about it and wanted to try it. Someone did mention that the Weidu one wouldn’t work for enhanced edition (which is what I’m playing) but I decided to try it anyway, and the pop up that came up after installment says it failed to set up cuz there isn’t a dialogue.tlk or something? I’m not sure what that means but the only option I found online was to try and verify if I have those files under Engl.US in the languages folder, which I do)
Now, I’ve been digging and turns out there’s a flirt pack that’s compatible with EE and supposed to be an add on for this mod, but since the original Weidu one no longer works with EE, how am I supposed to install and work both? The expansion flirt pack doesn’t work without the Weidu mod, and I can’t run the Weidu mod cuz it’s no longer compatible with EE.
I saw someone online say they’re running a v2.04 for the Weidu romance mod? And that’s why it works just fine with EE and the flirt pack. But all I can find on the original Weidu site is v1.04 or something. And when I try to click into the link for the GitHub support for BG2EE provided by the commenter, it says the site no longer exists. This is from 2022 btw so not super long ago either.
If anyone can confirm the Solaufein Romance mod no longer works, or if there’s an alternative way to get it to work, please let me know!!! I’ve been wanting to romance this guy since I first started playing like 11 years ago…
Btw, I know about the Jastey mod, but I want my romance!!! So I’m prioritizing this at the moment.

Next Live Reveal Show?
Hey does anyone know when the next live reveal show is? The last two they’ve had were… a bit disappointing, won’t lie 😂 And I am excited for this upcoming Doctor skin (cuz it’s pink and strawberry themed and I love both!!) but I also heard Matthias should be getting a skin sometime later this year? I really wanna know what it is and what it looks like cuz for god’s sake he needs a second S tier already… he has like the worst cosmetics in the whole game I feel (the only decent skin for him in my opinion is his Philemon’s Altar skin… I know lots of people like he cat skin but I really don’t…)
I also heard the Sanrio Crossover is coming back? Sooooo yeah! If anyone knows when the live reveal is, please help me out 😭 Thank you!

Secret Room can Spawn in Dungeon! (Cryptic Notes)
Hi guys!! Not sure if anyone’s discovered this yet, but I just found out today when soloing Nightmare Mode CN that the secret treasure room you can unlock with the harp can actually spawn on the dungeon floor! I barely got out in time cuz I explored more of the dungeon after doing the boss fight but it was pretty worth it cuz I got 2 S tiers out of the 4 chests! Maybe the drop rates are higher for this room too!

Network Error??
Hi! I tried to log into Idv today and this message saying Network Error kept popping up, does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?? I play on iPad, and when I try logging in through my phone it works… my iPad doesn’t use a VPN and I’m on WiFi. I’ve already disconnected and reconnected, tried forgetting the WiFi, restarted my iPad. I don’t know what’s wrong, cuz I was literally playing just fine yesterday.

Cryptic Notes Reforging Tips
Hi everyone!! So I have a sword that’s currently at 1 S and 4 A, and obviously I wanna get it to all S, but I’m wondering if there’s a more optimized way to do it?
Like, should I just be sacrificing the 16 Arc Lights and focus on upgrading one thing at a time? Or should I upgrade maybe 2 at a time and see if I get lucky?
Cuz 16 is a lot… is it really just that tedious?

Cryptic Box Sapphire Necklace?
Hi! Has anyone gotten a sapphire necklace from the cryptic boxes? I’m sitting at close to 10M ink, so I’m not really short on it any time soon even if I die lots, so I wanted to do a few runs where I just prioritize finding cryptic boxes and put a bunch of high level treasures to see if I can get a necklace more easily.

All Limited S Tiers Ranked!
Sooooo I made another tierlist for all the existing limited S tier skins in the game (please tell me if I missed any XD)
I made one more than half a year ago, and more skins have been added since then, and I like to think my taste has evolved a tad XD So I'll explain each tier and why I put certain skins in them! I tried to keep myself as objective as possible, because I do prefer certain characters over others. But I tried!
Disclaimer: This is MY PERSONAL OPINION, and it has NOTHING against certain characters!! I'm doing this PURELY based off cosmetics, color palette, shape, uniqueness, and overall theme! So I'm SORRY if I ranked your favorite skin in Garbage tier. But PLEASE feel free to argue for your fav!!! I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts!!!
My Top 3: Self explanatory. These are my favorite limited S skins in the game currently. I know Bai Ze is really overrated to many people, but I absolutely love the Chinese theme and the colors and her jade hair pins. I really regret not getting this skin when it came out :((( As for Soul Catcher, I love the Day of the Dead theme, with the bright flowers and deep purple suit, I think it's definitely one of the most unique skins in the game, and I wish they made more of these!! (cough cough Matador cough...)
I love it and would've gotten them/have them: Like the tier name says, I love them and wish I got them or I already have them. The only two skins I do have from this tier are Risktaker and Konghou, but they're absolutely gorgeous. I love Mark of Prey and the 1920s theme of her dress, she looks like a peacock but in the best way! I know Ms. Pom isn't everyone's fav, especially when she released, but I personally love the goth and lolita look she's going with! Reminds me of Monster High haha. And I love how the whole fandom has agreed that Melly doesn't have a single bad skin, cuz Sophia and Konghou are both absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful/Cool would be great if I had them/I have them: This is like the previous tier but I guess I'm a tad less crazy about them? These skins are all either super pretty or unique in my opinion, like the Mime Artist skin, I really love the jester theme and unique colors they went for her. I also have a soft spot for Far East Wind and Viper, I know a lot of people think Viper is mid, but I really like the jungle-y theme Luca is going for! And Far East Wind just fits Wuchang's character so well (the fanart is gorgeous too XD). I love the Egyptian theme for Efron's skin, and I won't lie, I would've put Brynhildr's skin one tier up if it wasn't for how the dress looks in game. In the art, I absolutely loved the Van Gogh theme and the colors were so beautiful, but the dress just looks... a bit off in game? That's the only reason she isn't higher on this list, but she's still beautiful!! The blue dress and auburn hair work so well!
I like it but can go without it: These skins I like, but I wouldn't cry over them if I missed them. I know a lot of people don't like Desolate Sand for GK, but I like the cowboy theme! And the colors look nice to me. I also put Mr. Swifts in cuz I do like the colors and the top hat he has, I just think the overall vibe just isn't as unique or striking to me? I feel like if they optimized Exorcist and Lady 13, I would bump them up a tier, cuz I already have a soft spot for them XD I really tried giving the older skins more slack, considering they're older and usually simpler. But oh well.
Eh, it's okay/Very mid: I don't have any strong feelings towards these skins, I just don't care for them much, or I just think they're very average. I know a lot of people like Knight's S tier skin, I just think it's too red for me, and there's nothing too special about his design. I actually prefer his COA skin. And I know for SURE the painter mains out there are gonna come get me cuz I put all three of his S tier skins in here XD but I'm sorry!! I just think they're all... meh? They're nice looking but they don't stand out to me as much. I feel like most of the skins in this tier are just too monochromatic or not unique in design or theme? Again, my OPINION, there's no right or wrong here!!
Don't like it: I just don't like these skins. Whether it's the colors, the design, the shape, I just don't like them. So many people loved Judith the Dove when she came out, I really think it's meh? Other than the colors, the shape and theme just aren't for me. Same goes for Flourite, I loved the steampunk theme they tried to go for, but the colors and the hair just fell flat for me. I will say, if Inferno Sonata got optimization, I might bump it up a bit, because I like the concept, the colors and effects just aren't as strong for me.
Garbage: As a Puppeteer main, it KILLS me that his only limited skin is in the garbage tier, but it just looks so bad... I love the idea of a Chess theme, but they botched it so hard, I can't XD I realize a lot of the skins here are old, and thus it also hurts me to put them here. But the designs just aren't as interesting for me? They're all gilded with gold and nothing else...
We don't talk about them...: Yeah we don't talk about them. They're not there. They don't exist in my book. Madam Coral who?? No idea...
Weird Stance: So, these are the skins I'm a bit iffy on. Objectively they're cool. I love Dark Cloud and how scary he looks, I love 3-Faced God and the theme (one of the only gold and royal themes i actually liked), and I can appreciate how scary Golden Touch looks. However, they're not for me. Objectively I think they look awesome, but I'm personally just not a big fan of the themes or the colors. So... I put them here cuz my stance on them is weird.
Those are my main highlights!! Please feel free to agree or disagree, I wanna hear everyone's thoughts!!! And again, this is PURELY my PERSONAL OPINION, so please no threats or anything weird!!! You are more than welcome to tell me why I'm wrong, but nothing weird please!!! Thank you!!!

Mech Ran off with all my look Cryptic Notes
Well, after seeing all the horror and frustrating stories, it finally happened to me. It was a mech wearing the P5 ORACLE skin that came over when I got jumped twice by 4+ monsters and just took all my loot. Had about 100k of stuff worth there. So frustrating… she didn’t revive me either.
Just wanted to vent a little. It was really annoying, but I guess it was bound to happen eventually.

Cryptic Notes Hard Solo Tips?
Hi hi!
So, I’ve been wanting to tackle this game mode solo for a bit now, but every time I did I just kept dying. I think it’s cuz I don’t have mints to speedrun, and I’m always staging for fights which I shouldn’t do.
I really wanna get the sapphire necklace, that’s why I’ve been spamming hard mode, but I’m not brave enough to solo yet, so if you know what you’re doing, can you guys give me some tips?
Also, I’m a bit confused on how the mints work. People say don’t use them till they’re at 70? I’m not sure what that means, so an explanation would be really appreciated!

Fantasy Snail Mail Club Idea?
Hi hi everyone!
I was thinking of starting a fantasy or D&D inspired snail mail club, where I send monthly letters written from the POVs of characters currently on an adventure and questing in a fantasy world. It'll kinda be like a penpal scenario where they write about their daily lives, how their quests are going, and it's like to fight a dragon, etc! I was also thinking of including other themed goodies like a recipe, a curated playlist for their moods, and postcards or brochures of the places they visit, if that makes sense?

Recorded Game Footage is a black screen, but when I fix the black screen my cursor disappears in game and shows up in the recording
UPDATE: I GOT IT FIXED! If anyone ever struggles with the exact same issue as I do, do these steps exactly! I know it says it's for Minecraft but I did it for the video game I was playing and it worked! Just do the exact steps just with your own game and it should be good! 😃
Minecraft: Java Edition Troubleshooting | OBS
Hi, I'm trying to record some game footage on my PC, the problem is whenever I press record and switch to the game, my mouse cursor would stay, but the footage would just be a black screen with the game audio only. (This is on Display Capture, because with Game Capture it's the same issue with no visual and just audio). But when I DO fix the black screen issue, my mouse disappears in game and only shows up in the footage (which now works for some dumb reason).
Can anyone identify what the problem is? I've tried running as administrator, checking settings in OBS, reset everything in OBS back to default, downloading the updated NVIDIA gaming software, plugging and replugging in my mouse, checking the mouse cursor options in settings. I've tried everything I can find online, and I'm getting so frustrated 😞
