No one is responding to their vacancy postings and all of sudden everyone wants a python ai ml dev with expereince bruh what happend to MERN devs? I have actively started to look for switch and the market here is soo f*cked up its soo frustrating.

I am thinking of switching and man its a shit show in ahmedabad no single good company to acutally hop on mid level( I have always worked in lala companies so I don't have the confidence to apply in big comps) the smalls once look so general no personality nothing just doing service work for the int. clients. Either the pay is less or the environment is bad. I don't wanna work from home but this situation is making me thing otherwise.
PS. Sr. Fullstack dev here worked in every tech here and there but mainly working in MERN. Lemme know if your company has an opening or you have a company where you'd like someone like me to handle the load.

I installed Hinge just for fun, expecting nothing. One day in, I got a match and we started talking. The worst part? She would reply after hours. At first, I was like, "Okay, maybe she's busy or something." But this kept happening for two days.
Even though the conversation was going well, the gap between my messages and her replies was always 7–8 hours. Eventually, I thought, Fuck this, If you've matched with someone and are continuing the conversation, it shouldn't be like this. So I texted her, "Hey, this conversation isn't really going anywhere because of the delayed replies. Maybe we could exchange our socials or numbers instead?" Guess what happened next? She unmatched me.
I was like, "Bruh... what does that even mean? Are you serious?"
The moment you right-swipe on someone, it usually means you're interested. So why match in the first place if you're going to reply once every 7–8 hours and then unmatch when someone suggests moving the conversation elsewhere?
Is it just me, or is that really odd?

In my current company everyone is old and all they do is same web work again and again theres no drive no fun nothing and i hate it here.
