Was on a road trip with the family. Went into a giant crowded 3 floor antique store. There was a lot of uranium glass there but it was labeled and uncharged, but I didn’t give up hope for a deal. On the third floor this large shade was sitting daintily on a pile of blankets and wasn’t labeled uranium. I knew right away. Hit it with my light for a second and it came with me! It just arrived home safely despite riding around with 3 young kids. A road trip win!

I can’t believe I got this from an old lady for $10. She told me her son doesn’t want these things so she’s selling everything. She even threw in a book for me!

A kind old woman had these up on marketplace and told me she had amazing prices. Well, she wasn’t kidding. I can’t believe I got the pink powder jar and the silly bar glass with the original paint on it!

Just got this set up because this radio was in the clearance isle of Walmart. I have a tech license and a call sign but I couldn’t resist trying it. I got the antenna as shown and just set it up in my car today. I heard some garbled stuff on 22 about “CB radio, worldwide!” But I wasn’t sure if I was getting my signal to them. I have a long road trip coming up and I will try it there too. What do you think?

Saw this beauty on Facebook marketplace photos in an “after garage sale, sale.” I contacted the seller and she couldn’t believe no one had purchased it after her first round garage sale! I showed up at her house and she said it “truly was meant for me!” Not bad for $3!! Photos are 395 and 365nm!!

Shined my light on this necklace at the thrift and it lights up like the 4th of July. I am almost certain these are glass beads based on the sound they make and heavy feel. Just look at this glow!

A $5 find today at the outdoor flea market.

Snagged this off FB marketplace only 30 minutes after posting! The older woman said it belonged to her grandmother. Happy to be only the third owner of this 100 year old beauty!

Last past got a lot of attention and I wanted to share just a short clip of some of his gameplay. Tons of quick scopes and even an INSANE mid air shot! No auto aim and mouse and keyboard. Not bad for 6 year old.
