Success stories without antibiotics
Hi, I recently spoke with a specialist who offers mentoring services. He told me that the only viable long-term approach is to improve my gut flora a bit by adding specific strains.
In my case, I underwent a 6-month treatment with minocycline and omeprazole (for acne; had I known what it would lead to, I wouldn't have taken anything); that treatment was in 2023.
And gradually, I ended up with hydrogen sulfide SIBO; I have a terrible body odor.
Has anyone spoken to this specialist? Which strains do they recommend introducing gradually?
Since I have H2S-reducing bacteria, what would you recommend?
