it’s actually so bizarre that i still think of you, and i wonder what’s wrong with me because i do. we met in such a brief moment in such a transient space and time (literally) and I really thought we made a connection. i would be more inclined to think something is wrong with me if i felt this way a lot, but i’ve never felt this way before and i keep trying to reframe it as “what this is trying to tell me about myself?”, “what is this a reflection of in terms of what i really need to pursue in my real life?”

but i just can’t stop hoping you’ll write me back even though i know you won’t. i regret reaching out to you and not taking the hint — because why did i need to put everything out there so urgently? Why couldn’t i just be cool and chill and not care ?

i met someone while traveling a few months ago- it felt like one of those rare connections. we seemed to feel it mutually and even made plans to meet in our city after our respective trips. they started the conversation with me, wanted to meet up, etc. then they stopped replying to my messages and blocked me. what happened?
